If you're looking for the ultimate lampredotto sandwich in Florence, you have to come here. A 360-degree foodish experience: a very central location, a homey atmosphere, and the wonderful hospitality of the owner. The sandwich? An explosion of flavor, generous portions, and with a spicy salsa verde to die for. Added bonus: the unbeatable location near Piazza della Signoria. P.S. Also, the porchetta is just as good.

We ate the sandwiches, the lampredotto is delicate and tasty, the porchetta is very spicy and a little salty but good, in general very good sandwiches 😋

For dinner we ate a very good "La Bruna" focaccia, especially the potato cream, and a very tasty lampredotto sandwich (we often come here to eat lampredotto when we are in Florence because it is one of the best).

Discovered by chance, it's become my favorite spot for a quick schiacciata. Excellent ingredients.

The bugger and lasagna is nice..

I should start by saying that I happened to be passing by that street since it's behind a beautiful square. So, there's not much to say about the quality of the food: good, even though you eat well almost everywhere in Florence... The service and atmosphere leave much to be desired. Imagine what happens if you let 100 people in where there's only 10-15... You get in line (as best you can), and after reaching the cashier, you pay, and then you get in line again (as best you can) to wait for your order. If you stop to eat inside, you have to be in good shape!
