A friendly and refined atmosphere. I stopped for a lampredotto sandwich, the "by-night" version, and the staff was quick and courteous: a truly perfect choice. I enjoyed the sandwich "in its pure form," just salt and pepper, as they used to do, when sauces only arrived much later. Congratulations! It's nice to see that the authentic custom of "slipping" the lampredotto out of the sandwich is still maintained here, with the crumb removed as tradition dictates. A detail I've never seen before: the bread warmed on the griddle, which adds a pleasant touch of crunch. I'll add an important detail: I wasn't a familiar customer. Often, walk-in customers are served only the less valuable part of the lampredotto (the Spannocchia), but at **Cernacchio** they prepared a rich and complete sandwich for me, as it should be. We found it by chance during a quick lunch break in beautiful Florence. As soon as we entered, we immediately felt at home, thanks to the warm, comfortable atmosphere and the friendly staff. We stayed longer than expected, enjoying two typical Florentine sandwiches that we'll never forget! At the end of the meal, the staff took a souvenir photo of us, which was then added to the others on the wall. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back. One of my favorite places in Florence: well-made traditional dishes, a unique atmosphere, and friendly staff. They're always busy, but they quickly find a solution to seat you or take you out in no time. Winner of Foodish for best lampredotto sandwich (Joe Bastianich's show).

I tried the Lampredotto and Porchetta sandwiches at this sandwich shop. The quality is decent, and the flavors are acceptable. While there are options in the city that I consider superior (but this is obviously a matter of personal taste), the overall experience was satisfactory. The only thing that left me perplexed was the cover charge, which doesn't even provide a basic item like a tablecloth (even a paper one).

After wandering around Florence all afternoon, we were craving lampredotto, so by chance and without looking, we found this place. It was inspiring from the outside, but it actually exceeded our expectations. The helpful and welcoming staff recommend the perfect wine, followed by that delicious lampredotto you won't forget...the perfect place, intimate and welcoming!

Excellent lampredotto, it was worth it after a work meeting. It's the best. I recommend the double Peposo beef and lampredotto.

Back in Florence, I ate the best lampredotto sandwich in town, accompanied by the kindness and generosity of Andrea and Masdimo. Highly recommended, you won't regret it.

A small but welcoming place where you can quickly enjoy (even on-site) many Florentine specialties, including focaccia and desserts. The products are of good quality and the staff is extremely helpful. There's a bathroom (don't worry).

A quaint place run by friendly and genuine owners, just like their focaccias and all their dishes! Highly recommended!
