WE WILL BE GLADLY RETURNING. Even more stars if we could. The dinner was excellent, from the appetizers to the first, second, and side dishes, all made with fresh local ingredients. In addition to the quality of the dishes, which are carefully prepared and excellent, you'll find a genuine and sincere welcome that will immediately put you at ease. Excellent place with a warm welcome. I recommend the cured meats and cheeses appetizer and a few first courses to share. The second courses are also good, especially the veal fillet served with mashed potatoes and cabbage. Order the house wine.

The atmosphere is clean and the service is attentive. Everything is top-notch, from the homemade breadsticks, the Norcia cured meats, the first and second courses, and the desserts. We'll be back.

We were warmly welcomed and ate very well. Excellent local products. A pleasant stop, thanks in part to the friendliness and expertise of the owner and her staff, who were knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. See you soon.
P.S.: We ordered mezze maniche with ricotta, guanciale, and pecorino cheese, veal steak, potatoes, veal tartare, sausages, and pork tenderloin with guanciale, served with lentil pâté. The panna cotta was delicious, as was the chocolate mousse, and the vin santo and cantucci biscuits.
