The atmosphere is clean and the service is attentive. Everything is top-notch, from the homemade breadsticks, the Norcia cured meats, the first and second courses, and the desserts. We'll be back.

We were warmly welcomed and ate very well. Excellent local products. A pleasant stop, thanks in part to the friendliness and expertise of the owner and her staff, who were knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. See you soon.
P.S.: We ordered mezze maniche with ricotta, guanciale, and pecorino cheese, veal steak, potatoes, veal tartare, sausages, and pork tenderloin with guanciale, served with lentil pâté. The panna cotta was delicious, as was the chocolate mousse, and the vin santo and cantucci biscuits.

Right in the center where you can stay away from the confusion. Young waiters but prepared to explain what is on the menu, which changes according to the seasons.

Chance sometimes makes you discover little corners of paradise
I was lulled and guided on a path of delights by background music from another era, a jazz that accompanied each course, going from one delicacy to another with raw materials of the highest quality prepared with wisdom and art with the presence and delicacy of a lady who made us feel at home as if we were part of the family.
Absolutely to try and if possible repeat several times.
Cena fantastica. Il ristorante è molto carino e i proprietari gentilissimi e simpatici. Ottimo il tagliere di formaggi con molta varietà. Prodotti freschi, molti di produzione famigliare. Il cuoco ci ha anche gentilmente dato molte informazioni sui tartufi locali, davvero utili per sapere quando tornare per trovarli di stagione. Tutto davvero buono e complimenti per la gestione e la qualità. Prezzo giusto. Torneremo!

Very well kept and characteristic environment, excellent quality food, zero kilometre. Impeccable service, helpful but also very welcoming staff available to explain each dish in a refined way. Home-made cured meats as well as exquisite pecorino, truffle tagliatelle mixed very well as well as the norcina with a crunchy and tasty bacon and a ricotta with a refined and delicate flavour. Highly recommended.
