Chance sometimes makes you discover little corners of paradise I was lulled and guided on a path of delights by background music from another era, a jazz that accompanied each course, going from one delicacy to another with raw materials of the highest quality prepared with wisdom and art with the presence and delicacy of a lady who made us feel at home as if we were part of the family. Very well kept and characteristic environment, excellent quality food, zero kilometre. Impeccable service, helpful but also very welcoming staff available to explain each dish in a refined way. Home-made cured meats as well as exquisite pecorino, truffle tagliatelle mixed very well as well as the norcina with a crunchy and tasty bacon and a ricotta with a refined and delicate flavour. Highly recommended.

We stopped for lunch and found a welcoming and hospitable place. The staff is very kind and the owner Mrs. Giovanna is very nice. The food is fresh and the chef, aka the husband, cooks divinely. Thank you! We really felt at home. A hug from: Lorena, Orazio and Angelo. Greetings from Sicily 😘

Locale piccolo, ma accogliente; un solo bagno è un po' poco, ma a favore, bisogna dire che è pulito. Ad accogliere la clientela c'è una signora responsabile di sala, la cui simpatia rompe subito il ghiaccio e mette tutti a proprio agio. I prodotti offerti sono di eccellente qualità, ottimo l'impiattamento ed eccellente la presentazione. Il personale in sala spiega ogni piatto alla presentazione, informando il cliente sull'origine di provenienza, la lavorazione ed ogni particolare sul processo di preparazione. La scarpetta è d'obbligo... I prezzi sono giusti ed alla portata di tutti.

Scovato quasi per caso. Alla ricerca di Tartufo e specialità Norcini, in un brumoso pomeriggio di Gennaio. Mentre tutto intorno ci sembrava in una lunga e sonnacchiosa pausa, in infiliamo in questo locale. Dove ad accoglierci troviamo una simpatica coppia, lei in sala lui in cucina. E per un rapido pasto scegliamo un ricco tagliere Norcino dove spicca un grande prosciutto 34 mesi ed una ricotta home made suadente. Buono tutto il resto. Poi scegliamo una calda zuppa di lenticchie ben fatta e con una grande materia. Gnocchetti fatti a mano alla Gricia. Un dolce e due calici di vino per poco più di sessanta euro da applausi. La chicca finale è stata trovare qui i consigli giusti per continuare la ricerca tra i giacimenti gastronomici di Norcia che ci porteremo nella nostra dispensa. E qui di certo torneremo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa

A splendid discovery. Looking for a place that would welcome us, we came across this little restaurant. Run by a nice couple, she in the dining room and he in the kitchen. Great handcrafted materials, well treated with a skilful hand. Good selection of wines. Thanks to them we discovered a great butchery craftsman. We will return.
