Dear Sir, I was also present that evening, and I'm taking the liberty of intervening because I witnessed the scene you describe firsthand. It's true that in the living room, some families were still spending time together after dinner, in a peaceful and convivial atmosphere, as often happens on a weekend, especially on Valentine's Day. The children were laughing and playing, perhaps a little lively, but without any intention of causing a disturbance or showing disrespect. What struck many in attendance was the manner in which the gentleman spoke, clearly agitated, raising his voice and using inappropriate language in front of families and children. His reaction seemed disproportionate to the situation, causing discomfort and fear, especially among the youngest guests. The act of throwing objects from the living room also created further tension and concern among the guests. I understand that everyone may have different noise tolerance levels, but in a facility that welcomes families, especially on a holiday evening, it's normal for the atmosphere to be more lively until a certain hour. I believe it's always possible to find solutions through dialogue and mutual respect, without resorting to reactions that risk compromising everyone's peace of mind. With this post, I simply wish to report what I saw with my own eyes, respecting the truth and the other guests present.

I remember that evening well, and it's important to put our stay into context: it was a Saturday night, Valentine's Day, and right in the middle of Carnival. Regarding the "unbearable noise," the situation we and other families witnessed was quite different. We witnessed a truly horrifying and reprehensible scene: a man yelling at little girls who were simply playing in the hotel living room until they burst into tears. I believe that respect for minors and human sensitivity should come before any demand for absolute silence. As for me, I spent a wonderful weekend with my family, full of fun and carefree moments. We truly enjoyed our stay at the castle, where the kindness of the hostess, Flavia, and the excellent assistance of her staff, truly made the difference. By the way, I'd like to point out that the breakfast was superb, with baked goods made in-house. Top pizza as far as the restaurant is concerned, some dishes could be reviewed

We had dinner at this delightful, welcoming restaurant typical of the Madonie region. We were delighted with their cuisine. The pizza was one of the best we've ever had in Sicily, both in terms of dough and ingredients. The rest of the food was also excellent, with one tiny complaint...we'd asked for a larger first course, but we were served a limited portion, yet it was still delicious! We'll be back, especially for the beauty of the village!

Hello everyone, I spent a very pleasant New Year's Eve. I found the place very clean, the rooms acceptable, a little dated, and that's okay since they are in reference to the castle which is over 300 years old. However, they are very functional. Top breakfast. Top restaurant. Especially for the pizza, I have never eaten such a good pizza, compliments to all the staff. Then I found cordiality, courtesy and kindness in everything. Starting from the waiters, truly qualified people, up to the owners who are wonderful people, especially Mrs. Francesca who always has a smile for everyone. With this I conclude with a greeting from Ludovico (Mike-Francesca-Luca-Marco-Giovanni- and all the staff.) a real hug ❤️ I will definitely be back soon, what can I say, I already miss you, a hug

It wasn't easy leaving this place. The people were kind and hospitable, and the food was excellent, especially the pizza, which is a must-try.

Very welcoming, characteristic place with polite staff who are attentive to the well-being of the guests.

The pizza was good, but the quality was lower than in the past; perhaps we didn't go on the right day. The prices were a bit high, €8.50 for a water and a small Coke.

Loyal customer, I consider it an excellent restaurant.

Exceptional, I recommend it to everyone. Inside the building, there's an original 13th-century well with drinkable spring water.
