A pleasant discovery on the outskirts of Monte San Savino, we laughed, joked and enjoyed good food, the price in our opinion is very honest.
The strong point of this restaurant is the quality of the products offered but not only that, as in every recipe we noticed the right balance of flavours, nothing was left to chance...
There is also a huge Gluten-Free offer, much appreciated.

Stopped by chance to break up our journey to Umbria... Good welcome, good food especially the ricotta ravioli with truffles and a lot of professionalism from the owners... I recommend it

I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant and really loved it. We received an incredibly warm welcome as soon as we entered, and the service was consistently friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The pasta and meat we ordered were simply outstanding. The pasta had an intense, full flavor, and the meat was wonderfully tender and aromatic - you immediately notice that the cooking here is done with love and fresh ingredients. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely right here. The prices are more than fair for the quality of the food and the great service. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit!

AScekto un po' a caso mentre cercavamo un posto fuori dall autostrada, il Cassero ci ha regalato una bella sorpresa. Un ottimo antipasto con formaggi davvero deliziosi e poi cappellacci e spaghetti alla chitarra con fiori di zucca e pancetta. Entrambi davvero ottimi.
Molto carina la location, sotto gli alberi e adiacente un piccolo parco giochi l.
Da tornare!

Dopo quattro anni siamo ritornati qui, mentre eravamo in vacanza, proprio per il bel ricordo che ci era rimasto del locale. E siamo rimasti contenti di aver ritrovato la stessa professionalità, accoglienza e la buona cucina, fatta di piatti genuini e prodotti ottimi accompagnati da un buon calice di vino
