I've had lunch at Casottino with my wife 4-5 times in the last 2 years. The place is very pleasant and elegant, the staff is extremely kind and professional, and the food is excellent. My wife loves seafood, and I love risotto. We were both very pleased.

The pizza was very good and the staff was very friendly. However, I recommend eating outside when possible; it's much noisier inside and the atmosphere is a bit cold.

I had dinner at Casottino with some friends who weren't familiar with it: as usual, I made a good impression: they liked the atmosphere, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the excellent food, and the reasonable price.

Everything was really good and well presented... excellent service... if I had to find a small flaw, which I also communicated at the cashier, it was that the food lacked salt... practically all the dishes. Maybe it was a coincidence... The food was still excellent quality!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Abbiamo fatto un'ottima cena a base di pesce. Antipasto della casa, crocchette di pesce e grigliata di pesce erano deliziosi. Il servizio è stato molto cortese. Prezzo corretto.

Un locale che frequentiamo da alcuni anni, ultimamente siamo stati a cena ed abbiamo riscontrato un aumento spropositato dei prezzi. Non è possibile fare pagare €8 un calice(due dita di vino bianco) mediocre. Anche la qualità del cibo che mediamente definisco buona non giustifica comunque il costo della cena.

17/08/2025: We've stayed at Hotel du Lac 4 times. We love it. You cannot beat it's location to the lake, ferry and town. Amazing people on staff that treat you like family. Incredible restaurants in Bistro Arturo and Goiya with great views, atmosphere and food and a rooftop bar for a drink to start the evening. For the money, the best hotel in Bellagio.

15/08/2025: A well-located restaurant on Lake Como. Very concise menu. Good views and a pleasant atmosphere. It's a shame it's excessively expensive, as it's not really worth it.
10/08/2025: Charming venue with a beautiful view of the lake. Friendly and competent service. Good food quality, but a small flaw with the lobster service: there were no tongs to crack the shell, so removing the meat from the claw was very difficult... The portions could have been larger given the price. After all, pasta and rice aren't expensive, even if they're high-quality choices. I can understand the difference with fish and shellfish. All in all, a great experience, recommended.
