Il Casato ristorante In Colle di val d'elsa

During our stay at the hotel across the street, we ate here three evenings. No matter what, everything was delicious and authentic, from appetizers to dessert. Everything was exceptionally tasty and reasonably priced. The ambiance takes some getting used to at first, but as the roof of the terrace opens and the evening progresses, it becomes more pleasant and cozy by the minute.

what can I say....after leaving another environment....with an owner who is shameful in his welcome....we arrived by chance at this pizzeria restaurant....as soon as we entered...the pizza chef....I think he is the owner...he greeted us and immediately after...he called a girl....behind the counter and had her come to us...in 3 minutes we were at the table...and we were ordering..(restaurant already with many customers...at the table...the environment is large...). appetizer and pizza....and dessert...from Serie A....everything really excellent... dishes beautiful to look at....and to taste. But the difference was made by the cordiality...of the first person who welcomed us....and then gave us the bill....to the girl who served us....my compliments really....when we are in the area we will return to you....and we will send friends to you. I saw a fried seafood....that I will have to try....sooner or later. Thanks.. Stefano from Lucca. I had a really good time, it's been a long time since I had pizza because I have a gluten intolerance and I have to say that theirs is really delicious.

Conosco da una vita i gestori del Casato , era molto tempo che non ci ritornavo e devo dire con tutta sincerità sono rimasto molto contento della “nuova” organizzazione… si vede la mano di Alfonso che ha dato un tocco di innovazione e una rinfrescata al locale soprattutto con la pizza ! La pizza molto buona e digeribile… rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo ! Complimenti!
