On April 24, 2025 we celebrated our daughter Chiara's eighteenth birthday, and it was a wonderful celebration. Clean and well-kept environment thanks to the supervision of the fantastic Tatiana, the wonderful set-up, the excellent food, the kind and professional waiters, with particular attention to the various food intolerances, the very engaging DJ and the amazing photo shoot: they made the evening unique and special. Perfect location for any event. We were all pleasantly happy with the beautiful evening. We chose this wonderful place to celebrate my daughter's 18th. What can I say, everything was wonderful from the set-up, the delicious food, the exceptional DJ who was able to really involve everyone, and the very good photographer. But special thanks go to the wonderful Tatiana who organized everything in a truly unique way. Thank you very much for making this day unforgettable with affection Cristian, Ilaria and Benedetta.

Due to its location adjacent to the Pontina side road it certainly does not appear to be an exotic destination but it is very easy to reach. The farmhouse-type structure with a rustic exterior with arches and log roofs is very pretty. At the back it has a large green space with a swimming pool currently empty given the season and many parking lots, a suitable environment for families with children. The interior is refined, new or very well kept, with round tables, chairs, curtains and white sofas. The tablecloths are replaced by white crystal and individual round placemats of the same material. Good quality, prices appropriate to the quality... not low... very pleasant environment.

We celebrated my son's Confirmation yesterday and I must say everything was really excellent from the environment to the menu and the extremely kind and helpful staff. A lot of attention also for intolerant and allergic people, my daughter has celiac disease and was able to eat everything. We had a really good time and will be back soon, as we will also celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday there.

Abbiamo festeggiato i 18 anni di nostra figlia al "Casale del Gusto". Appena arrivati siamo rimasti sorpresi dall'allestimento, dall'apparecchiatura e dalle decorazioni, la sala era perfetta. Cominciamo con il buffet, quantità e qualità eccezionali, non è mai mancato nulla ed è avanzato un pò di tutto. Animazione con DJ coinvolgente. Torta e spumante veramente ottimi. Posto sicuramente da consigliare, personale di sala sempre presente e cortese, pulizia maniacale, ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci siamo divertiti.

Per il battesimo di mio figlio avevo deciso di visitare tre locali. Il primo, per vicinanza, è stato proprio il Casale del Gusto. All’ingresso ci ha accolti Tatiana che, dopo aver ricevuto informazioni sulle nostre esigenze, ci ha proposto diverse soluzioni. La sua indiscutibile ed eccezionale professionalità, unita alla sua gentilezza e cortesia, ha fatto nascere in noi un forte senso di fiducia nei suoi confronti. Ci siamo affidati a lei…le abbiamo dato libertà di agire ed il risultato lo sapere quale è stato? Sala allestita magnificamente e con maniacale cura dei particolari, pranzo di qualità e gli ospiti sono rimasti tutti molto ma molto soddisfatti ed alcuni di essi mi hanno richiamato semplicemente per complimentarsi. Grazie a tutto lo staff ma un grazie speciale a Tatiana. Ve lo consiglio vivamente
