Lunch with a pre-arranged menu, about 25 guests. Beautiful location and attentive service. The appetizer and first course were good and plentiful. Unfortunately, the second course wasn't up to par. Disappointingly, the dish arrived cold, and the meat was very tough and stringy. I was disappointed that many of the guests chose not to finish their meal.

The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, starting from the exterior. Inside, the spaces are spacious, understated yet elegant. The air conditioning is pleasant and not bothersome. The staff is attentive and helpful.

We split the dishes between us to try everything and because they were abundant, cacio e pepe, amatriciana and carbonara excellent, excellent fried food, very good desserts, excellent Primitivo di Manduria all in a very beautiful location... I recommend 👏👏👏

se ami avere tutto sotto controllo, ma preferisci goderti il momento al casale del gusto lo puoi fare!! abbiamo scelto il casale per la comunione di mia figlia Gaia, tutto a dir poco perfetto! Dal servizio al cibo per non parlare di tutto l’allestimento curato nei minimi dettagli con amore da Tatiana❤️ tutti i nostri invitati ancora ne parlano… Semplicemente grazie!!❤️

Abbiamo deciso di festeggiare il battesimo di nostra figlia in questo casale che abbiamo conosciuto per nostra fortuna tramite passaparola e non ce ne siamo pentiti. È stata una giornata perfetta grazie alla professionalità di tutto il personale sia di sala che di cucina, il cibo dire favoloso e riduttivo. Per non parlare dell’allestimento di Tatiana che ci ha lasciato veramente senza parole tanta la bellezza e l’accuratezza. Una scelta che rifarei altre mille volte!!! Grazie per la splendida giornata!!!!

We organized a lunch at Casale del Gusto for our son's baptism. Living outside of Rome, we feared it might be complicated to manage everything remotely, but thanks to the professionalism and precision of Mrs. Tatiana, everything went smoothly, without a hitch.
The organization exceeded our expectations: the table settings were elegant and well-kept, the service staff was friendly and always available. The meat menu we chose completely won us over and all the guests!
We also greatly appreciated the attention to detail and the willingness to accommodate some changes to the menu communicated at short notice.
A heartfelt thank you to Tatiana for her precious support and for the excellent result.

Beautiful location a stone's throw from Eur known thanks to a communion party and widely appreciated. Large and well-kept interiors, but the jewel in the crown remains the lawn with swimming pool where we had lunch in the shade of the large gazebos scattered around. Tasty and appetizing courses starting from the appetizers and ending with the dessert. Impeccable service with attentive and extremely kind staff.
