For example, if you write that you have a second course with artichoke and then you bring half of it, it doesn't match....

In the month of April, dinner for two, in this little restaurant which will certainly make its place among the various proposals that Fiumicino offers.
Booked a few evenings before and since it was the birthday, I asked if it was possible to find a lactose-free dessert on their menu. Already on the phone they tell me that they will provide it in a pastry shop they know but trust.
We arrive at dinner, welcomed by a boy, I believe the owner, who is very approachable and politely explains the various proposals indicated on the menu. Well what can I say, raw and not... really all good, and then moving on to the first courses with one of their proposed dishes which the chef was able to make without the presence of lactose and which I must say would already deserve it but eating it, that agnolotto filled with chickpea cream with raw red mullet and its base, a very perfect dish. But in order not to finish the second course proposal that goes on the skewer of lard and bbq calamari and artichoke. Lastly, the specially chosen dessert, the black forest, applause for your attention and knowing how to get it to the customer.
The idea of giving a new life to furniture is also beautiful, but paying attention to its care.

Very nice place highly recommended. Fresh and quality fish. We come from the sea, we know fish well. Today, since it was a beautiful sunny Sunday, with my husband, we decided to come here to Fiumicino. We all had the raw ones😅: local almond fish tartare, mustard sauce and yolk, oysters, orange gel prawns, with grains of salt, sashimi with 🍋 gel. Local barbecued weever, monkfish and lard skewers with grilled artichoke. And listen, listen, grilled dove 😳 extraordinary, never eaten anything like it and delicious tiramisu. If you come to Fiumicino for departures, work or leisure, don't miss this place ❤

I had lunch at the restaurant on Sunday and chose it based on the images of the dishes and positive reviews. I must admit that the restaurant reflected my expectations, in fact in terms of the cooked dishes and the first courses I was pleasantly surprised. I am a person who goes to restaurants a lot and it is not often that I am so positively surprised by a restaurant, I found the dishes creative and tasty. The chef is young but you can feel his passion in the dishes he creates, I will definitely go back

Environment with great potential, but 50% fruity, I would take care of the floor and the aesthetics of the environment, above all I would take care of the tables because the floor and tables are the first impact.
The food is excellent, but the portion is a bit small and the pasta is too al dente to be hard to chew.
Small precautions and in my opinion great results.
Youthful environment with a great desire to improve. Surely there will be great results.

Ottima scoperta, ristorantino curato e tranquillo.
Vincente la scelta di usare prodotti freschi dal pescato locale.
Consiglio il menù degustazione che cambia in funzione del pescato ma che ci ha sorpreso con una materia prima ottima e che non è facile da trovare nelle proposte classiche.
Palamita, muggine, arzilla, lampuga non li trovi e non li ordini normalmente.
Pappardelle al ragù di polpo e,pasta patate e cozze ottime.
L'entusiasmo e la professionalità del giovane chef completano il giudizio
