We loved this restaurant so much we came here 3 times during our 5 night stay at Hotel Montemare. The food was some of the best we had in Positano, incredible views and the service was unbeatable. The staff was so kind, friendly and fun to chat with every night. We want to thank Emmanuel for taking such good care of us, along with Indo, John and Luigi. Also to Frida who was so sweet and offered us warm blankets after the sun went down. 5 stars- thank you guys for being a part of our Positano experience and making our trip so memorable!

Everything is so beautiful! They treated us wonderfully, the staff is excellent, always attentive and trying to answer our questions, as it got cooler at night they offered us blankets. The atmosphere is beautiful, the decoration impeccable, the view so beautiful you can't believe it!!!
The food is delicious, super exquisite, high quality and prices according to the place and dishes! We will definitely return!!

Service and food was incredible. Catch of the day prepared to order and cooked the way you want it. Pasta dishes are best in town. Location and view can’t be beat.

We enjoyed our evening at Il Capitano immensely. We dined at a terrace table with spectacular views. The food was delicious & very attentive service. Our waiter Emmanuel was just lovely.

A magnificent place located at the drop of the mountain with a spectacular view! Esquisit food and outstanding service make for an extraordinary dining experience! We had a maccaroncini as primi piatti and a red snapper with vegetables as our main dish! Both dishes were fantastic!

Attratti dall'invidiabile vista abbiamo deciso di cenare in questo elegante ristorante con personale molto attento alla cura dei dettagli. Vista impagabile e ottima cucina. Abbiamo mangiato involtini di melanzane eccellenti e un risotto con gamberi altrettanto buono. Preparatevi a prezzi non economici: il risotto costava 40€ e un calice di vino 14€. La delizia al limone è stata preparata non come la tradizione comanda e pertanto ha deluso. Ideale per cene romantiche. Vista mare Positano impagabile

Sosta improvvisata a Positano che dopo qualche anno ho trovato spersonalizzata ma comunque la scoperta di questa "meravigliosa terrazza" , il mare, i profumi della costiera, il panorama e soprattutto la cucina mi hanno riconciliata. Ambiente elegante, gentilezza del personale e la disponibilità del sig. Antonio fanno di questo ristorante il posto giusto dove esercitare i vostri sensi. Un piccolo consiglio alla pasticcera: la creatività va bene ma per la Delizia al limone ,Regina della Costiera, bisognerebbe rimanere fedeli alla ricetta originale.
