Il Cantuccio In Subiaco

I don't think I've ever eaten so well in a restaurant. Go and try!

The restaurant is central and very nice, the staff are welcoming, attentive and very friendly... but the best of all is the food: really delicious! All very abundant, well proportioned in the seasoning. We had a starter, first course and dessert, all really EXCELLENT! Excellent value for money too... We will definitely be back! Compliments

Really nice place, very kind and professional staff. Typical and sometimes revisited dishes but of excellent quality. I strongly recommend the strozzapreti and the lamb scaldito. Please book otherwise there will be no place!!!

We spent the weekend in Subiaco, and we had the Cantuccio right under our house, it was a surprise! As I saw the menu and the few courses, I understood that we would eat well, immediately confirmed by the appetizers up to the desserts. Excellent quality cuisine at fair prices. Very kind and competent staff, and a special thanks to Tommaso who looked after us both for the dinner upon our arrival and for lunch on Sunday before leaving again.

Domenica scorsa degli amici ci hanno voluto portare a Subiaco per conoscere questo ristorante da loro già frequentato e abbiamo fatto un ottimo pranzo. Iniziato condividendo un buon antipasto con bruschettina con pane ai cerecin stracciata zucchine e alici e fagottino con pasta filo ripieno di formaggio con fanghi. Passando ai primi ottimi gli gnocchi con coda alla vaccinara disossata, gustose le fettuccine con ragù di agnello, delicati i tagliolini con fiori di zucca guanciale e scaglie di grana. Per secondo succulenti gli stinchi di agnello tenerissimi, buone le costine di maiale con chips di patate. A conclusione buono sia il tiramisù sia il semifreddo al pistacchio. Beverino il cesanese della casa Locale carino, personale simpatico, veloce il servizio, attento e cordiale il titolare. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Come, credo, tanti altri turisti, dopo la visita ai due vicini Monasteri, siamo andati alla ricerca di un posto dove pranzare. Trovato assolutamente per caso (le recensioni le ho lette dopo!) Qs locale ci ha piacevolmente sorpresi x la cortesia, l'attenta preparazione dei piatti e...la bontà! Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bravi!
