Chef Mauro Elli's signature dish is a breaded egg on anchovy sauce: an experience not to be missed.
The rest of his cuisine won us over with its quality and presentation, but also with its attention to detail, attentiveness to the customer, and prompt, unobtrusive service.
The wine cellar is well-stocked, including some off-the-menu items.
The pigeon was truly excellent.

A beautiful evening, in a very elegant and quiet venue.
The staff was professional, well-trained, and extremely kind, making you feel at home as if you were part of the family.
The food was excellent and very good.
We chose a five-course seafood menu and the house wine was recommended.
The desserts were excellent; the only downside is that I would have liked the dishes to be a little more generous, as they were truly delicious.

A pleasant but not excellent experience. We ate well, the atmosphere was pleasant, and I appreciated the chef's visit to the dining room (something that happens more and more rarely).
For the category this restaurant falls into, I didn't find the staff sufficiently knowledgeable about the wine or the ingredients in the dishes. It's not very private, as (due to acoustics or proximity of the tables) conversations at neighboring tables can be heard. I found all the dishes good, but nothing that stood out for its excellence.
My experience was positive, but not enough to make me want to return.

Family dinner. We chose an 8-course tasting menu with the Chef's recommended wine.
The Chef welcomes his guests and stops by throughout the evening to chat and make sure everyone is satisfied.
The restaurant is well-maintained and the staff is very professional, making you feel at ease and welcome.
The dishes were obviously delicious and lived up to all expectations! Our favorite dish was the chestnut soup with lobster! And for dessert...

Nothing to complain about the food, it's always the same. A welcome confirmation! The service is also attentive.
My only complaint: The room was decidedly noisy due to the presence of a table behind us of about fifteen people, including children, some of them small, who were running around the tables... I've never experienced that in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

A top-notch gastronomic experience! We tried two first courses, two second courses, and two desserts, and everything was fantastic. Excellent wine list, very intimate setting, and beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. More affordable than other Michelin-starred restaurants I've tried.

I'd like to start by saying that it was definitely an unforgettable experience for me. The simple yet elegant venue, the very polite and competent staff, and the pleasure of meeting the chef who welcomed us. At one point during the dinner, I was moved by the taste of the "chestnut cream with browned lobster and caper powder."
I can't find the words to describe this experience, which I highly recommend to anyone looking for an unexpected tasting experience and, if desired, a lovely gift.
