Il Cantico In Assisi

We went to eat in this restaurant, attracted by the tourist menu. Excellent price for an excellent three-course menu, which among other things allowed the choice between three first courses, three second courses and three side dishes. Abundant dishes, really good food, accurate and fast service and very kind staff. A beautiful discovery. We will definitely be back!

Located in a strategic place, the staff welcomed us and we immediately felt at home. The room was very basic, and well heated having stayed in a very cold week. The only flaw was the breakfast, honestly I expected much more...

We stayed a few days in this hotel to be able to visit Assisi and Perugia and I must say that staying here allowed us to save a lot of time on travel because the location is optimal for being able to visit the main Basilicas of Assisi easily on foot, Santa Maria degli Angeli is literally 2 minutes away standing. To go to Perugia however, under the advice of the very cordial Franceso we took advantage of the train which took us to Perugia in half an hour and for just a few euros, the Assisu station can also be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Hospitality and courtesy are just part of the entire staff/family and I would choose this place again and again for future visits to those beautiful areas. The cuisine is also excellent with a really low budget. We had dinner one evening at the restaurant and we were really happy with it. I highly recommend for couples and families. Our 2 year old didn't want to leave anymore especially after winning Francesco's affection.

We did not stay in the rooms, but only had dinner. Excellent quality/price ratio. We had a great time. We ate very well. The portions are generous, there is a great variety of dishes, the staff is very kind and friendly. You don't have to wait long to be served. Thanks for the welcome.

Devo dire anche se il prezzo fa pensare che forse non si può mangiare bene , invece tutto ottimo e abbondante, poi il personale molto competente e gentilissimo. , per non dire del cuoco che sapendo che mia moglie aveva dei problemi con un particolare cibo ha preparato dei piatti all,altezza del problema . Bravi continuate così che sicuramente il prossimo anno torneremo per i ns. 55 anni di matrimonio.
