Excellent cuisine, friendly staff, spending little

We stayed at Il Cantico, a comfortable, clean, and tidy property, but above all, we felt right at home. The owners' kindness is unparalleled; we also dined at Il Cantico, where the dishes are plentiful, authentic, and delicious. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful. If everyone followed these guys' example in the restaurant business, it would be great. 10/10 for both the B&B and the restaurant. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Assisi and the surrounding area.

Excellent location for visiting Assisi and the surrounding area. Free parking is available near the property. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent and plentiful regional cuisine. Excellent breakfast included in the price, which is very reasonable for the services provided.

We were impressed by the owners' kindness and responsiveness to our requests. The rooms are adequate and have a small terrace overlooking the Basilica and Assisi. The restaurant is excellent, with truly generous portions. Free parking nearby.

Excellent food and excellent hospitality

A trattoria with room options in Santa Maria degli Angeli, 3 km from Assisi. I stayed for two, one night with breakfast, and then dined there that evening. I had a very good set menu with a choice of starters, main courses, and side dishes. Breakfast was served at our tables. In addition to drinks (coffee, cappuccino, etc.), we also found croissants and braided pastries, toast, yogurt, jam, and Nutella on the table. The place is very charming, with a stone structure and just a few km from Assisi. It was my first time there, but I'll definitely be back. I recommend it to anyone visiting Assisi. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Siamo andati a cena in questo ristorante perché in quelli abituali non c’era posto. Il locale è carino e offre sia menù fisso che alla carta (oltre alla sezione pizze)..Noi abbiamo preso due menù ed una pasta alla carta. La qualità è rapportata correttamente all’aspetto economico..in altre parole si paga sicuramente sotto la media dei locali vicino ma la qualità del cibo si ferma alla sufficienza. Il personale è disponibile e gentile e questo è stato apprezzato. Due menù (primo e secondo)..una pasta..acqua..coperti siamo leggermente sotto i 50,00 Euro.
