Tagliatelle with truffle, fillet with truffle, courgette flowers with truffle and cream of parmesan, I would say excellent, then as I always say, try it at least once.

Historic, clean, and well-maintained venue. Well-accustomed to the previous management, so expectations were high. Friendly staff, always available and present. Excellent wine list (excellent wineries, both local and otherwise), a very good menu, perhaps a little too extensive; I would offer fewer dishes to better focus on the ones they want to offer. The flavors overall are very good. We tried all the truffle-based dishes, and aside from a few minor issues, we had a great time, from the appetizers to the meat. I recommend it. I'm giving it 4 stars because I'm sure they'll improve even more each time.

Located behind a gas station, but definitely worth a try. We had gnocco fritto, piadina, and cured meats, including the fantastic selection of tagliata, which was exceptional. The wine selection was also good. This traditional, warm place has helpful, friendly staff. Well done! Convenient, free parking. Reservations recommended.

From the outside, you wouldn't expect much, but once inside, the place has a traditional and very well-kept appearance. It's like stepping into a time machine and finding yourself in the '70s. The service is attentive and professional. It's always nice to see a tidy waiter who presents himself courteously in a white shirt, vest, and dark trousers. The menu is varied, with traditional dishes but also reinterpretations. Everything is very good and very well presented. I notice that behind all this are people with professional training and have not improvised. It's the type of place I prefer. They know how to surprise you: high quality and personality presented without too many frills. We are full of places with attractive design for the aesthetics but disappointing for the rest. And the price? Fair and accessible for all budgets. You can choose to spend more on tagliata and truffles, but you can also choose to keep the cost down and still eat well. Congratulations!

A group of 10, from whom I received only positive impressions. Personally, I ate very well, and I will cherish the abundant and perfectly cooked mixed grill. I also tried other dishes, all good. The house white wine was excellent, and the service, performed quickly and accurately by the staff, deserves special mention. A place I will gladly return to.

The staff were truly friendly and welcoming, the dishes were delicious, and the ingredients used were top-quality. The only flaw I personally didn't fully appreciate was the tagliatelle with truffle, which was very dry with an excessive amount of sliced ​​truffle, but it didn't hold together. The zucchini flowers with parmesan cream and sliced ​​truffle were excellent and highly recommended.
