Welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff, excellent fish dishes, excellent value for money, it's a shame there are no more pizzas. If I can make a note: fewer trays to share between diners: everyone has their own dish 👍

A restaurant that adopts the policy of modest prices and abundance of dishes. The quality is decent, especially when compared to the quantity. The Livorno-style cod was good in taste and portion, with 3 notable pieces. Endless spaghetti with seafood as in the photo. Friendly staff. The desserts definitely need improvement.

Fabulous place where you eat very well and spend very little... very generous dishes and formidable service I went to dinner for New Year's Eve and we will definitely be back.... Highly recommended

I have eaten at this restaurant several times and finally decided to post a review. My last experience, together with my family and my two children, was last December 27th. In addition to the expected menu, Maremma wild boar with polenta was also available for lunch. Apart from the fact that for someone from Bergamo, although transplanted to Versilia, polenta is sacred, and therefore pre-cooked and grilled polenta is a sacrilege for me, the dish was excellent. Boar cooked to perfection, and with a sauce that couldn't be left on the plate: so I took out quite a few slices of homemade bread and focaccia, very willingly, since those were also excellent. Very abundant land starter (whoever took it abandoned the idea of ​​taking the next dish....!). Cutlet and chips for the child: the meat is very thin, yet tender and not at all greasy. Textbook chips, cut in a rustic way, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, excellent even once cooled. Equally abundant fried mixed vegetables, battered and not very greasy. Then only here can you find fried fascina prawns: always in very generous portions and very much appreciated even by children, who eat them as if they were candy. The icing on the cake: the desserts. All at a more than reasonable price, very particular and delicious and above all homemade (which is not common). I personally had the fruit salad, and here too a pleasant surprise: the fruit, strictly fresh (including blueberries and redcurrants) seemed almost in syrup, very soft... and the banana had its natural colour, and not black as is sometimes finds, with fruit salads prepared in advance and left to "mature". Helpful and kind waiters: a man and a woman. He seems very grumpy, but in reality he is friendly and ready with a joke! Basically, one course each with side dish, two bottles of water, four desserts, three coffees and offered, homemade limoncello for just over €20. It's a guarantee and I highly recommend it.

Wir sind Stammgäste seit 30 Jahren. Wir haben den Campagnolo vor genau 30 Jahren im September 1994 entdeckt auf unserer erstmaligen Urlaubsreise nach Camaiore. Wir wollten an einem Sonntag Mittag gegen 14:00 essen gehen, aber das Lokal war leider ausgebucht bis auf den letzten Platz. Man konnte es an den vielen Autos erkennen, die auf der Straße entlang vor dem Il Campagnolo geparkt haben. Dann haben wir es bei der nächsten Gelegenheit ausprobiert, und waren von Anfang an begeistert vom Essensangebot, dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, den äußerst freundlichen Gastgebern, vom Chef Daniele angefangen, seinem Bruder Sergio, damals noch seinem jüngeren Bruder und dessen Frau Carla, die sich rührend um unsere beiden Mädels, 3 1/2 J. und 2 1/2 J. alt, gekümmert hat, für sie immer gleich Kinderstühle bereitgestellt hat. Wir haben ab dem Moment an den kritischen Tagen vorbestellt, Freitag Abend, Samstag Abend, Sonntag Mittag und Sonntag Abend. In unseren Glanz- und Gloria-Zeiten sind wir dreimal pro Jahr von Stuttgart (Deutschland) aus nach Camaiore / Lido di Camaiore gereist, über 2 Jahre hinweg den ganzen Mai und September und noch 14 Tage über Weihnachten. Il Campagnolo war ab dem ersten Moment unser Lieblings- und Stammlokal. Auch das ganz Ambiente in den Räumlichkeiten ist so einfach, ursprünglich und echt, und einzigartig mit ganz individuellem Charme. Wir konnten leider nicht jedes Jahr wiederkommen, aus familiären bzw. finanziellen Gründen. Aber jedes Mal waren wir erneut begeistert. Es ist, wie wenn die Zeit stehengeblieben wäre, im positiven Sinn. Da zeigt sich wieder einmal, daß ein mit größtem Engagement und Liebe geführter Familienbetrieb seinen hohen Qualitätsstandard über so viele Jahre erhalten kann. Es war auch dieses Mal - vom 10.9. - 21.9.2024 - wieder wie früher. Ganz erstaunlich sind die äußerst günstigen Preise für die unverändert hohe Essensqualität, Wir können nur das allergrößte Loblied anstimmen, und sind jedes Mal aus Neue hellauf begeistert. Während unseres Aufenthalts gehen wir in kein anderes Restaurant, außer mittwochs, wenn Il Campagnolo Ruhetag hat. Da blutet uns das Herz. Ganz großen Dank lieber Daniele, lieber Sergio, liebe Daniela, lieber Ivo, liebe Alina, lieber Kevin, und allen weiteren liebenswerten Kellnern, die nicht mehr dabei sind. Wie schade, daß wir so weit weg wohnen (800 km), sonst wären wir auch außerhalb des Urlaubs regelmäßig zu Gast beim Il Campagnolo. Abbiamo scoperto il Campagnolo esattamente 30 anni fa, nel settembre del 1994, durante la nostra prima vacanza a Camaiore. Volevamo uscire a cena una domenica verso le 14, ma purtroppo il ristorante era al completo. Lo si vedeva dalle tante macchine parcheggiate lungo la strada davanti al Campagnolo. Poi l'abbiamo provato alla prossima occasione e siamo rimasti entusiasti fin dall'inizio della cucina, del rapporto qualità-prezzo, dei padroni di casa estremamente cordiali, a cominciare dal capo Daniele, suo fratello Sergio, poi suo fratello minore e sua moglie Carla hanno preso cura toccante delle nostre due bambine, di 3 anni e mezzo e 2 anni e mezzo, e ha sempre fornito loro seggioloni. Da ora in poi abbiamo preordinato nei giorni critici, venerdì sera, sabato sera, domenica a pranzo e domenica sera. Nei nostri tempi di massimo splendore viaggiavamo da Stoccarda (Germania) a Camaiore/Lido di Camaiore tre volte all'anno, per due anni a maggio e settembre e altri 14 giorni a Natale. Il Campagnolo è stato il nostro ristorante preferito e abituale fin dal primo momento. L'intero ambiente nelle camere è così semplice, originale e genuino e unico con un fascino molto individuale. Sfortunatamente non potevamo tornare ogni anno per motivi familiari o finanziari. Ma ogni volta eravamo nuovamente emozionati. È come se il tempo si fosse fermato, in senso positivo. Ciò dimostra ancora una volta che un'azienda a conduzione familiare gestita con il massimo impegno e amore può mantenere i suoi elevati standard di qualità per così tanti anni. È stato anche questa volta, dal 10 settembre. - 21 settembre 2024 - di nuovo come prima. I prezzi estremamente bassi per la qualità costantemente elevata del cibo sono davvero sorprendenti. Possiamo solo cantare le lodi più alte e siamo emozionati ogni volta. Non andiamo in nessun altro ristorante durante il nostro soggiorno, tranne il mercoledì quando Il Campagnolo è chiuso. I nostri cuori sanguinano. Mille grazie al caro Daniele, al caro Sergio, alla cara Daniela, al caro Ivo, alla cara Alina, al caro Kevin, e a tutti gli altri adorabili camerieri che non sono più con noi. Peccato che viviamo così lontani (800 km), altrimenti saremmo ospiti abituali del Campagnolo anche al di fuori delle nostre vacanze. Frito misto fabuleux, penne agli scampi (langoustines) parfaites 10/10, et pappardelle corsaro excellentes Tout était fantastique prix qualité vraiment raisonnable …
