Well cooked and plentiful dishes, quite prompt and courteous service. The only flaw is that the tables are too close together in a small space but overall an excellent lunch. The TRULY SUPER breaded lamb ribs are particularly appetizing

A place that absolutely needs to be recommended, not that it needs it, always full yes, but they always find a place. Everything extremely impeccable. From the service to the quality of the food, it is a historic restaurant that never ceases to amaze. Characteristic mountain restaurant, a lovely restaurant, welcoming environment, friendly staff. We ate very well, well-seasoned dishes with excellent quality products. Very fair price...we will be back soon. Really satisfied!!

Il Guado Della Valle

02/03/2025: I don't think I've ever eaten better than at Guado della Valle in my entire life. 5 stars are not enough as few words to describe the wonderful flavor of each dish. We were there in November and the place was warm and welcoming with the fireplace lit. The staff were very kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend!
01/03/2025: A typical restaurant in the heart of Abruzzo, which tastes precisely of this land. The scamorza with mushrooms and truffle is fantastic, the first course based on pappardelle with meat sauce is excellent, while the trout is a little simpler, nothing sensational. Overall a good and beautiful place to savor the goodness of typical products.

06/02/2025: Restaurant Review Very nice location, good food. Too bad about the service, I understand that on Saturdays there can be a lot of people at lunch, but 40 minutes for the first courses seems excessive to me, especially if this wait also affected a 2-year-old child. Otherwise the stars would have been 4. Anyway, overall good.
02/02/2025: Beautiful place, first-class service, superbly exquisite food, a wonderful experience.
