To say spectacular would be an understatement. Let's start from the welcome. Everyone was super kind even towards our medium sized dog who was treated very well, she even had her own bowl. The staff were all truly impeccable, from availability to care and attention to the customer. The food was excellent, typical cuisine with strong and tasty flavours. Generous portions. I recommend everyone to go there We had three first courses, a second course, wine, water, appetizers and dessert

In my experience, Il Caminetto is the best restaurant in Rocca di Cambio and perhaps in the entire area. As soon as we enter, the staff welcomes us warmly and accompanies us to the table on which a bottle of house wine is already placed. The food is superb, I particularly recommend the cacio e ova balls, and the fried and breaded lamb. The service is fast and kind, although some small inaccuracies. The only advice I give is to go in summer and book well in advance for the terrace, it is the best place to eat, with a gentle breeze it is a suggestive view. The rest of the place is mediocre, because they put many tables in 2 small and poorly ventilated rooms. The bathroom is mostly clean, and there is a changing table for babies. In summary the fireplace is an excellent restaurant, but better to know better you should book.
