We ordered a takeout menu with a choice for three people. The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. The food was ready very quickly, according to the agreed-upon time. Everything was delicious. Pappardelle, tempura, malfatti, etc., were delicious. An honorable mention goes to the pickled sardines, truly top-notch. Last but not least, they even offered delicious cookies. Worth the trip. Courtesy and smiles, too. Thank you, we'll be back! UPDATE: Takeout today, March 29, 2025, delivery was on time, and everything was delicious, even better. 😊 Delicate flavors, not overly salted like elsewhere. Fried shrimp and calamari and vegetable tempura were top-notch, but the malfatti were absolutely the best in the area. Definitely go there; it's money well spent. And last but not least, the dreamy, fresh canoncini, free cookies, and the takeout package was meticulously crafted. We'll be returning monthly. Thank you! Il Caminetto has been a favorite of the family in Italy for many years. Some menu items change with the season, and everything is perfect every time. Lunch is generally walk-in, but dinner is busy and best to have a reservation. There is a warmth and love that you can sense in all dishes. It is worth diverting a drive from the Autostrada to get one of the best meals of your life.

An average restaurant, I'd say it can be classified as one of many good restaurants, without excelling in anything in particular. To sum it up, I'd say it's neither good nor bad, like many others in its category.

There's no better restaurant in the area than Caminetto. Everything is truly top-notch, from the appetizers to the first courses, main courses, and desserts!! The cannoncini are simply impossible to pass up. They're far better than many of the local bakeries. Giovanna, your restaurant is unique in every way!!!

Everything was beautiful except for the tartare and the truffle on top which tasted of nothing.
