Quando vado al Usseglio spesso vado a pranzo o cena al Caminetto e ne rimango sempre più che soddisfatto! Una precisazione: quando si vuole andare a mangiare in questo locale e se si viene fermati per la richiesta dell'obolo per andare al lago di Malciaussia (più avanti), occorre specificare che si intende andare al Caminetto, e così facendo, si viene fatti passare.

I have stopped several times in this place, so lively and welcoming, where you immediately feel at home and among friends. Fabrizio is a master at this, like few others he knows how to create an always cheerful atmosphere and always offers excellent and delicious food and drinks. The last experience was fantastic: we participated in the day dedicated to bagna cauda, ​​and I must say that everything was spot on: the bagna cauda in particular was very good, prepared according to the traditional recipe, and without the usual "side effects". If you pass through these parts, I recommend you try the polenta and the platters, always full of local products. Well done Fabrizio!
