Authentic food, very nice, friendly and polite staff. I ordered the local sardine pasta which was absolutely delicious, so was the almond semifreddo for dessert. Highly recommend if you want to experience Palermo-specific foods!

The restaurant is located in the historic city center. The food was absolutely fabulous and delicious! The value for money is excellent! The service was pleasant, quick, and very friendly. The atmosphere is quite cozy. Highly recommended, friends!

We had dinner as soon as we landed in Palermo, and Cambusone proved to be a promising place. With sardine meatballs, caponata, a phenomenal pasta alla carrettiera, and fried cod with onions, it welcomed us to the heart of Palermo's culinary tradition. Recommended not only for the good food but also for the courteous and excellent service. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely delicious! The food is excellent, the service is superb, the servers and managers are lovely, and you can eat very well for a very reasonable price. We went two nights in a row, and it was truly wonderful. We'll definitely be back! 🤌🏻

Thank you for a wonderful dinner!!! Sardine meatballs, squid ink spaghetti, and bucatini with sardines, the kind I remember only having at my partner's mother's house. A little bread to mop up the sauce and a good white wine to accompany it. Highly recommended!

25/02/2026: Great restaurant. The food was good, both the pizzas and the different pasta dishes (3 different options: mussels, swordfish, and classic). It was just a little noisy because the walls echoed. But the staff were very pleasant.
19/02/2026: 5/5, highly recommended. Very friendly service, delicious food, atmospheric restaurant, you'll feel right at home. Reasonable prices. Located in the center of Palermo, the restaurant is worth a visit. Worth a try!
