Comfortable environment, very friendly staff. Definitely positive value for money. Recommended

I wasn't particularly impressed, average dishes, service a bit stuck. On Monday the gentleman (owner I think) wasn't there and the girl who served us was a bit uncomfortable. Overall I won't go back, so I can try other places.

Beautiful trattoria or "piola" to be more precise, the manager is very friendly and helpful, the dishes are excellent, very good appetizer, fantastic first courses, especially the broad beans, excellent slices with crunchy beetroot, desserts from a true trattoria with flavors of the past, when we return to Turin it will be a sure stop.

There is still work to be done on the mixed starter

A cozy and off-the-beaten-track place. The good thing is that you can order a single dish with a mixture of primi and secondi. You are super satisfied. In addition, the dishes have a lot of flavor, out of the ordinary, you can tell that it is very homemade cuisine. Furthermore, the man who served us was super friendly, he chose the wine (which is included with the single dish) and it was delicious. I was looking forward to trying a dessert. We will return.

The homely atmosphere, the wood-burning fireplace and the kind manners of the staff will make you enjoy the experience. Even the bathroom which is often overlooked in rooms is nice and clean. Excellent food, all fresh and homemade, even the coffee is made with a mocha. Fair price. I would have liked a slightly larger portion.

I particularly appreciated the family atmosphere of this dish, the warmth of the stove and the kindness of the waitress. The food was good and the prices were average (or a little lower).

Anche se un po' presto per l'orario di cena, al Camaleonte ci hanno accolti con grande garbo e 'calore'. La cena poi è andata nel migliore dei modi, pienamente soddisfacendo le mie aspettative. Certo non è un 'Ristorante' di grandi pretese, se ci si va cercando trovare il piatto gourmet o sofisticato, non è questo il luogo adatto, Tra l'altro lo dichiarano nella loro scheda di presentazione: "Siamo una piola!". Ma comunque abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Per la giornata che abbiamo trascorso a Torino e per il viaggio che ci attendeva nella notte, non siamo andati oltre un delizioso antipasto che ci ha fatto 'sentire' i profumi e le tradizioni del Piemonte e due secondi di carne: un ottimo brasato al barolo ed un inaspettata coscia e sovracoscia di pollo. Entrambi molto soddisfacenti. Una nota particolare all'insalata di rapa rossa e mele (molto fresca e sfiziosa) che guarniva i secondi e il Vitel Tonnè, che impreziosiva l'antipasto, superlativo. Non abbiamo provato i primi né i dolci. Molto invitanti sulla carta. Ma ci sarà occasione per rifarci. Ci torneremo alla prima occasione.

Ci siamo andati per caso ed è stata un' esperienza bellissima. Il posto è senza fronzoli potrei dire poca apparenza ma tanta sostanza. Il servizio nessuna pecca ragazzi gentilissimi è disponibili, prezzi più che bassi in rapporto a cosa è come mangi. Gli antipasti eccelsi, i primi molto buoni e abbondanti, e anche se prendi il dolce fai proprio fatica a pagare più di 20 euro! Anche il vino della casa davvero ottimo. Tornerò a Torino per tornare a mangiare in questo posto ☺️
