Absolutely worth a try. Located outside the city center and not particularly well-known, this is a classy restaurant, attentive to every detail of the service, yet not pretentious. The owners are wonderful, always ready to satisfy their guests' needs. The cuisine features elaborate, high-quality dishes as well as raw fish. The wine list is adequate. Worth a try, especially because it's for true connoisseurs.

I returned to this restaurant a few years later for my birthday and found the same relaxed atmosphere I remembered. Chef Giuseppe's dishes are always a guarantee. Creative flavor combinations create incredible harmonies and delight the palate. Highly recommended.

A very unique place, perfect for those who love to take risks in the kitchen... Mini portions with explosions of flavors... Very attentive staff and a refined location. The chef is friendly and also present in the dining room to describe the various courses. We're perhaps too "simple" for this type of restaurant, but still...we enjoyed it. 😊

Mi sono recato al ristorante "Il Brigantino" per tre volte a mezzodì nell'arco di pochi mesi. Il servizio in sala é attento, accurato e veloce, quest'ultimo particolarmente importante nella pausa pranzo. Trovo molto interessanti, varie e centrate le proposte per la colazione di lavoro, da € 25 ad € 35, considerato il livello del ristorante. A mio avviso le materie prime sono ottime, ma ahimè, devo rimarcare l'esagerata presenza di salse e salsine in ogni portata che, pur buone, a mio gusto soffocano e non esaltano il piatto né il sapore del pesce; di qui solo la sufficienza nel giudizio finale (3/5). Chi ama la "cuisine française" si troverà probabilmente nel "suo" ristorante; io non avrei esitato a dare 5 stelle con piatti cucinati da una "mano" più italiana. Comunque bravi.
