Il Brigantino In Torino

We had dinner at Brogantino. The staff was incredibly nice and service-minded. We ordered Risotto with lobster and Suprema di quaglia (quail). This was incredibly good. For dessert we had a very good Cerasella (cherry dessert with mascarpone and custard). The chef Giuseppe was very nice and came over to us to ask how the food was. He also made good recommendations. Thanks for the visit. Highly recommended!:)

Definitely a very high score for the service and the excellent, refined, and high-quality food. My two negatives are the owner's decision not to allow guests to choose even a tasting menu (so either everyone chooses the menus or no one can). Given the high prices, I find this a flawed and illogical choice. Another negative is the excessive haste of the waitresses in clearing plates from the table while you're still eating, and the constant asking how you're doing, which is very exaggerated and annoying. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Special praise goes to the service: attentive and professional staff, with truly remarkable attention to the presentation of the dishes, which makes a great impression on both colleagues and potential customers. Delicious food, great attention to detail, and a perfect atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I'd been meaning to try this restaurant for a while, especially based on the reviews I'd found online. And yes, the initial impression upon seeing the entrance isn't the most inviting. Immediately afterward, as soon as you cross the threshold, you feel a pleasant sense of unease at being greeted with such extreme professionalism. On paper, the menu is very interesting, without falling into the trap of being overly pretentious or culinary avant-garde. The dishes are prepared with extreme care, using excellent ingredients, and are impeccably presented. From the first bite, you immediately sense the thought that went into it. Great technique, but with substance. It's not creativity for its own sake, but applied to a skillful use of consistently successful pairings. The parmigiana made me cry, literally. It was a great sensory experience, complete and incredibly satisfying. An experience worth trying, but not for everyone. If you're planning a simple feast, go elsewhere. But if you want an emotionally immersive evening, then don't hesitate for a moment. Congratulations, really.

Excellent lunch at Brigantino. Upon entering, the atmosphere is immediately elegant and refined, yet welcoming and relaxed. I really appreciated the spacing between the tables. The seafood cuisine is top-notch, with beautifully presented dishes and balanced flavors that showcase the quality of the ingredients. Fantastic desserts. Professional, discreet, and attentive service, with excellent wine recommendations. Prices are in line with the experience offered. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special evening in Turin. I'm sure it will make an impression on you, just as it did on me.
