Il Brigantino is one of those restaurants that stays in your heart. Returning is always a great joy. I've known them for many years, and even though I live outside of Piedmont, every chance I get is a must... if I lived closer, I'd go much more often. In the dining room, you're welcomed and pampered by Riccardo, an attentive, elegant, and sincere presence, while in the kitchen is Giuseppe, a true master of flavors: two fundamental pillars of this restaurant. Without taking anything away from the entire staff, they represent an added value that truly makes the difference. The cuisine is extraordinary: authentic, intense, and genuine flavors. Each dish is a journey, an experience that remains etched in your memory. A top-notch restaurant that deserves an even more exclusive location, because Il Brigantino is simply top-notch and worthy of the best.

Absolutely worth a try. Located outside the city center and not particularly well-known, this is a classy restaurant, attentive to every detail of the service, yet not pretentious. The owners are wonderful, always ready to satisfy their guests' needs. The cuisine features elaborate, high-quality dishes as well as raw fish. The wine list is adequate. Worth a try, especially because it's for true connoisseurs.

I returned to this restaurant a few years later for my birthday and found the same relaxed atmosphere I remembered. Chef Giuseppe's dishes are always a guarantee. Creative flavor combinations create incredible harmonies and delight the palate. Highly recommended.
