I went to the "Il Brigantino" restaurant three times at midday in the space of a few months. The service in the room is attentive, accurate and fast, the latter being particularly important during the lunch break. I find the proposals for business breakfasts very interesting, varied and focused, from €25 to €35, considering the level of the restaurant. In my opinion the raw materials are excellent, but alas, I must point out the exaggerated presence of sauces and sauces in each course which, although good, suffocate my taste and do not enhance the dish or the flavor of the fish; hence only the sufficiency in the final judgment (3/5). Those who love "cuisine française" will probably find themselves in "his" restaurant; I would not have hesitated to give 5 stars with dishes cooked by a more Italian "hand". Anyway good.
Great Piedmontese cuisine from times gone by. Tidy and quiet rooms. The food is delicious and well presented on the table.
The dining room staff is very kind and professional. South Tyrolean wines are fantastic. Finally, the desserts are surprising in terms of taste and originality of implementation.
The bathrooms are spotless and fragrant. Very interesting final price.
To return as soon as possible.

A beautiful discovery! From the outside you wouldn't think so... but once you walk through the door the restaurant is very elegant, with round and spacious tables.
The menu is worthy of a starred restaurant!
All dishes are highly refined and particularly well structured for an exceptional culinary experience!!!

We went to this restaurant a stone's throw from our house on the recommendation of a friend. We were pleasantly impressed! We took the tasting menu and every single dish was superb. Attentive, courteous and professional staff. Perfect environment, few well-spaced seats, we had a really good time. We will return often.

L’estro creativo dello chef rende i piatti unici , innovativi e mai scontati!
Entrè, carciofo confit ripieno del suo salmoriglio, fagottini ripieni di ricotta di bufala e limone gambero rosso carciofi bisque di crostacei e per finire dolce spettacolare: panna cotta al carciofo, cioccolato fondente, pistacchio, spuma di menta e grue di cacao.
Staff gentile e affabile.
