I ate at this restaurant last night, September 27, 2025. Even though it was a Saturday and the restaurant was busy, we were served promptly. We ordered horse meat, mixed grill, and Philadelphia and pistachio rolls. Everything was delicious. The meat was tender, seasoned, and cooked well, as was the rest of the dish. All the meat was excellent. The only negative was that the fries were cold. However, the rest—the service and the quality of the meat—were excellent. I will definitely be back.

A very positive experience. We arrived at the restaurant with five autistic children, and the staff was attentive to reserving a table for us in a quiet area of ​​the restaurant. The staff also handled the children's food intolerances (celiac disease and lactose intolerance) very well. A special mention to Desy, who took care of us throughout the dinner.

We had dinner at Borgo di Federico in Piazza Federico di Svevia, specifically at the Ursino Castle. The food was good, but the whole thing was topped off by Denise, the waitress, who served us with a smile and great kindness and professionalism. I hope that next time we return, we'll be able to see Denise again; she made our evening wonderful.

La nuova location in via Dusmet è ancora più bella, locale pulito, sistemato e con aria condizionata. Ottima la qualità della carne, tantissima varietà e prezzi ottimi. Ogni volta che ci ritorno è sempre una conferma
