Nico and Daniela are two sommeliers who will convey to you the enthusiasm of finding quality wines, far from the usual inflated labels. The cuisine is of the highest quality. Completely curated by Nico who offers top quality cured meats, cheeses and vegetables with a surprising taste. The menu changes often with new dishes (first and second courses revisited) that will make you fall in love with the taste and experience of pairing a simple plate of pasta with an amazing glass of wine, not at all banal. Then the great classics such as the indescribable savory babà, the casatiello according to Nico, the parmigiana and a thousand other delights that you will discover on the menu or on the board of the day.
