We spontaneously stopped in for two beers on a Friday afternoon. A lovely, alternative, beer-loving atmosphere. Almost 10 beers on tap and a hand pump. There's also a small shop with beers to take home. There's seating inside and outside (on the street and in the small square opposite). Free salty snacks are served with the beers. There's also the option to get something to eat, which we didn't take advantage of. Card payments accepted. Orders are made at the bar; there's no table service as such.

A lovely beer bar in the center of Como. We only stopped for a beer, but overall, the overall experience is very positive. They have a good selection of beers on tap, with some very interesting options, all from craft breweries, including something niche like a lambic. I saw they have a wide selection of bottled beers. We'll definitely be back.

Very good selection of beers. We made it there for their collection of lambics and geuzes, but the overall selection is very good at reasonable prices.

Milan/Barca game was on. We were lucky to get in and get a drink. Staff were good, very to the point but quick to serve us and managing a busy bar well. Beers were very good and shop was well stocked.

Good food, too bad there was no cockerel. Matteo, the waiter who served us, was very nice and funny, and very competent. To come only to be served by him. 😝

We were actually searching for a place showing the Eintracht Frankfurt football match, and luck was on our side – Il Birratrovo had the game on! We immediately settled in to watch. What a great decision that turned out to be. The atmosphere in the pub was absolutely fantastic – lively, welcoming, and perfect for enjoying a match. We were thoroughly impressed with the beer selection; the quality was truly outstanding. While we didn't eat (having just come from dinner), we couldn't help but notice the food being served, particularly the burgers. They looked incredibly juicy and delicious. Honestly, if we hadn't been so full already, the burger topped with a fried egg and bacon would have been an instant order for me – it looked phenomenal! Il Birratrovo made a superb impression. It's clear they excel at creating a brilliant pub environment with excellent beer. Based on how amazing the burgers looked, we've already decided that a return visit is a must on our next trip to Como, specifically to try them. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great craft beer, a fantastic atmosphere, and potentially, one of the best burgers in town! We'll definitely be back.
