On May 18th I was in this place for my daughter's communion: in addition to the excellent cuisine, the entire courtyard at the back was made available to us for an aperitif and lunch, so the location was also excellent.

Sono stata con mio marito in questo locale scelto e prenotato vedendo le recensioni e dopo una bella visita alla fiera braidese con passeggiata nei dintorni. La scelta è stata positiva sotto molti punti di vista : la genuinità dei piatti, la cordialità del personale ed il locale comodo e rilassante. E' un locale comodo alla strada principale, comodo a raggiungere la citta di Bra e il territorio circostante. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile formato da persone giovani e sorridenti. Appena arrivati si nota immediatamente la gentilezza in chi riceve e le sale del locale: a noi hanno assegnato un tavolo in una una sala finemente decorata con mattoni a vista e che dona un senso di relax e tranquillità. Abbiamo iniziato il pranzo gustando un vitello tonnato , la battuta a coltello di Fassona, i tajarin piemontesi al ragù ed i secondi, tagliata di scamone e bistecchine di carrè di agnello impanate, il tutto unito al buon vino Dolcetto delle Langhe. Tutti i piatti hanno un sapore genuino e si nota la preparazione con prodotti freschi e cucinati al momento. E' un locale da consigliare certamente a tutti per molte ragioni e soprattutto per la dedizione, l' impegno del personale come anche per l'attenzione al cliente. . Un piccolo consiglio è di mettere un'indicazione in più per un facile raggiungimento.

We took the tasting menu for two at 35 euros. We asked to change the first course and they accepted. They know how to satisfy customers and they care about doing so... The dishes from appetizer to dessert are very well presented and the quality is excellent. The waiters are kind, not intrusive and are very tidy so the service is excellent.

Beautiful tavern discovered by chance, very friendly staff. I highly recommend, delicious typical dishes and good quality/price ratio! I'll definitely be back!

I want to be pampered and so I treat myself to lunch in this place I didn't know about. Inside, it is divided into rooms (much appreciated for avoiding noise and relaxing) which are clean and have minimalist furnishings with retro cues. At the entrance, professional welcome from Noemi with a sunny smile, boy at the tables present for every request without being intrusive and punctual explanation of the dishes. But now we come to the dishes: homemade Russian salad with a delicate flavor but one that tickles the taste (one of the best I've eaten in recent years), CBT egg with excellent black truffle and well-balanced flavor and then rice (correct cooking point) with burrata red beetroot (expertly dosed so as not to cover the beetroot) and black truffle (in flakes and in quantity). Let me start by saying that I am a vegetarian and had not booked, but Stefano (the chef) had no problems in preparing such inviting and varied dishes for me (and this is not a given, many times if you don't book you have to settle for omelettes and salads). The place is run by young guys, but their competence, smile and desire to make and offer tasty, colorful and excellent dishes made my day even more "pampering".

Super professional welcome, very elegant and refined environment. The waitress was very polite, friendly and professional. What can I say about the food, all excellent, beautiful dishes that are beautiful to look at but above all very very tasty. Locale interessante in zona di ottimo passaggio. ci siamo trovati benissimo, menù da tenere in considerazione , per noi davvero ottimo e a sorpresa il risotto alla barbabietola, burrata, tartufo nero . a fine serata abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere lo Chef Stefano Pischetola, ( anche giovane proprietario ) al quale facciamo ancora i ns. complimenti per la bella serata. da ritornare
