Great food, great atmosphere and beautiful view, cozy little town

Tatti is a lovely old town high up in the hills and Il Barrino is the place to eat. The view out over the Grosseto flood plain is spectacular both day and night. Food is excellent including pastas and pizza. There is a good wine list but the house wine is very drinkable too. Really a top spot. It gets busy in summer evenings because being high and airy it is good spot to cool off. Bring a jumper if you have been spending the day at the beach, although they have a stack of blankets and shawls if you need.

Let's start by saying excellent pizza. First and second courses good and well served. Kind service a little slow. In the evening it's worth 10.

Posto meraviglioso, molto accogliente, abbiamo mangiato benissimo e siamo state accolte dalle ragazze, nonostante non avessimo prenotato e fosse pieno, che hanno provveduto a trovarci un posto per mangiare.. . Il vino era molto buono l'atmosfera magica. Ritorneremo
