First time at this restaurant in Carpi today, and I have to say it was a truly fantastic discovery. The service was excellent: the staff were extremely kind, helpful, approachable, and truly pleasant. They immediately make you feel at ease, with a genuine hospitality that makes the experience even more wonderful. The food is simply delicious, authentically Modenese and prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The cured meats were wonderful, the gnocco fritto was truly delicious, and the parmesan and balsamic vinegar were exceptional. The meat was also excellent, as were the potatoes, everything cooked to perfection. A place where you eat truly well and where you can experience true Emilian tradition. It has definitely made it onto my list of favorite restaurants: I can't wait to go back!

Highly renowned in the city of Carpi, I recommend making a reservation. Excellent atmosphere, very professional and attentive service. Traditional cuisine is meticulously prepared. Well-stocked wine cellar. Average prices are affordable. If you want to eat well and make a good impression, you can't go wrong. It's cool but doesn't require much effort. I recommend it.

I ate there on a Friday evening for a birthday and was thrilled. I'd never been there before, and I must say it was a wonderful surprise. The food and wine were excellent, and I'll definitely be back soon.
