Exquisite dinner from starter to dessert. The pumpkin flan, the macaroni al comb with rabbit ragu and the millefeuille with custard turned out to be very good choices. Excellent cuisine, impeccable service and comfortable surroundings

La cucina spazia tra i classici dell’Emilia e dell’Italia con vasta scelta di vini. Nonostante il menù ampio tutto è cucinato alla perfezione, anche nei momenti di maggior affluenza. Proprietà che si divide tra cucina e servizio e che ha saputo selezionare un personale eccellente. Bravi!

We arrive at Barolino after making a reservation and this "says a lot".
The place is full but despite this the service is fast, we sit down and the way we are served, we seem to be the only table present: quick in every request (at lunch time is limited for us), smiling and professional.
We skip the appetizers, even if the fried gnocco with cured meats that passes by deserves a 10. Let's move on to the first courses, tortellini and gramigna are recommended to us and they don't miss the mark.
Personally I choose the tortellini in parmesan cream and unfortunately continue only with the dessert, which deserves all my appreciation (Trifle, I love it!).
Cellar "rich" in labels, adequate bill for the quality of the dishes. Needless to say, we will be back!

Really welcoming place in Carpi, secluded from the historic centre, don't be fooled by the place because the atmosphere inside is truly special!
Typical dishes of Emilian cuisine with some reinterpretations, the quality of the raw materials is really high and can be seen in every single course or proposal on the menu... the first courses, in my opinion, are their specialty.
Friendly and well-trained staff, top!
Once a month at Barolino is a must
