Rooftop is nice to grab some drinks with views of the Duomo. The food was okay I ordered some rice balls and they had no flavor

We only stopped for drinks (no food), so this is mainly about the service and overall experience. prices are definitely on the expensive side, which you kind of accept because the location is amazing, right in piazza duomo. drinks were ok, nothing to complain about there. but for a place charging those prices in a premium spot, it didn’t feel very professional at the “higher level”. i’m not talking about the person who brought the drinks to the table, no issues with that. it’s more the overall organisation and how you’re handled: you expect it to be properly staffed, calmer, and for basic things to be obvious (like where smoking is allowed, where to sit, how it all works) instead of feeling a bit messy. if you’re going to charge location prices, the service and setup should match. I have been to places similar to this and staff have been more pro, probably because they are not understaffed or anything.

Fantastic bar with a breathtaking view! The elegant and relaxing atmosphere is perfect for a sunset aperitivo. Excellent cocktails and very friendly service. A perfect place to enjoy the evening with a spectacular view. Highly recommended!

The view is fabulous and the food is fine. The tables don’t quite fit the seats. I couldn’t get my knees under the table and I’m 5 foot 6 inches tall. I ordered the rigatoni carbonara. The pasta was very good but the sauce was very thick like it sat too long. The bacon was tasty but very tough and chewy. We were charged a 9€ surcharge for the fact that we were seated. It was a surprise. If I came back, I’d just get drinks and maybe a hummus or cheese plate to share. I saw many folks ordering shareable plates that looked great.

Delicious food with a beautiful view. The service could be better for this location. The tables are very low, making it uncomfortable to eat, and pigeons keep trying to steal food from your plate.

Located on the top floor of the Rinascente, the view from the terrace was great. The food was okay, but a little on the salty side. The frites were delicious.

Great view of the cathedral. The food was surprisingly good. You're paying for the view and the location. Drinks are particularly expensive in the evening. But it's worth treating yourself to once in a while.
