The restaurant is very close to the Valdarno highway exit, making it very convenient (we have a personal aversion to Rustichella and its price, so we always look for good, easy-to-reach alternatives). We had the charcuterie and cheese platter, which was very good. The pappa al pomodoro served with the platter was also particularly tasty. The homemade tortelli carbonara and Senese-style tortelli were fabulous: you had to mop up the sauce until you wiped the plate clean with the fragrant focaccia served with the bread. Finally, the inevitable cantucci (without Vin Santo, as we had to get back on the road), fragrant and fragrant. Everything was truly delicious. The simple and elegant atmosphere, born from the long history of friendship and the dreams of the two owners, "old friends," indeed. I happily recommend it.

A personal compliment goes to the waitress who was truly a delightful and very professional person... the fish appetizer exceeded expectations... the steak tartare was exceptional... the second courses were also really good... the desserts were excellent... the wine selection was excellent... the environment was very clean and very well-kept... We had lunch at I Vecchi Amici today and were truly delighted. The food is delicious and prepared with quality ingredients. A special mention goes to the "Gran Tagliere a modo nostro," a rich, varied, and truly tasty appetizer, perfect for sharing. The tagliata steak is also excellent, of excellent quality and cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The atmosphere is beautiful, modern yet warm and welcoming, ideal for a lunch with friends. The quality-price ratio is also absolutely excellent, as is the attentive and courteous service. A restaurant we recommend without hesitation and will definitely return to!

Seen from an online ad, three of us went for the all-you-can-eat meat option. Excellent quality, quick service while there were just a few of us, then it got quieter but still honest. I highly recommend it, and the waiters are very friendly.

Like every year, this was our mid-trip stop, and like every year, we had a wonderful time, treated like old friends. I remember the last two visits vividly, thanks to the warm welcome from the very kind Sara, who seated us and served us by her equally kind and super professional colleagues. The cuisine was truly delicious, with a well-stocked menu and generous portions. I can only recommend you stop by for lunch or dinner; you won't regret it. Located near the Valdarno highway exit. The restaurant is completely renovated, clean, and pleasant. The welcome and service are excellent. The manager is friendly and competent. We've been to this restaurant several times and have sampled a variety of dishes. The mixed antipasto, cured meats, cheeses, and chef's appetizers, seasonal vegetable flan, hot and cold fish appetizers, first courses include tagliolini with truffles, tortelloni stuffed with carbonara sauce and crispy bacon on a pecorino fondue, cacio e pepe di mare, tortelloni Senesi stuffed with Cinta Senese pork on a potato cream, and second courses include excellent grilled fish and meat. Sublime desserts. Fresh ingredients are beautifully paired and plated. Excellent value for money. Parking is available in front of the restaurant. We highly recommend it.
