Going to Parma and not eating Cavallo Pesto at one of the most famous restaurants? Of course not! I was greeted by very kind and professional staff, high-quality food, and a fair price! The only thing I recommend is that you book, especially on weekends.

A traditional trattoria serving simple yet exceptionally flavorful dishes. I tried the cured meats accompanied by fritters, then a plate of tagliatelle with horsemeat ragù, and some tortellino from my companions... Everything was perfect. We finished with the delicious sbrisolona. Service was fast and punctual. The staff was friendly and welcoming. See you next time!

Dinner with coworkers. Excellent food, but the service was a bit lacking, perhaps because it was a Friday night and the place was packed. I recommend the tagliatelle with horse meat ragù.

Tagliere e gnocchi fritti super fantastici, salame eccellente, coppa e prosciutto di Parma super... tortelli buonissimi, vino rosso perfetto...gentilezza, servizio veloce ma non frettoloso ..cosa volete di più..grazie Simone per averci portato qui

Vi ero stato l'ultima volta 23 anni fa. C'è stato il passaggio generazionale nella gestione e questo è uno dei rari casi in cui i figli superano i genitori. Menù, servizio,carta dei vini,prezzo tutto superlativo. Consigliatissimo. Da non perdere. Bravi !

30/07/2025: Very interesting restaurant. The location is very welcoming, you feel at home, the service is noteworthy, very attentive, kind, and welcoming, a solid 10... As for the menu, I expected a little more, 8.5... but anyway, we ate well and of good quality, and for everything we ordered, the quality/price ratio was very good. We'll be back.

08/07/2025: Certainly among the select circle of Parma's best restaurants, its location is off-center, and it also offers ample parking. It serves top-quality meats, and the gelato is excellent, beautifully presented. The spacious dining room where we ate is beautiful. One small complaint is the poor quality of the chocolate in the cup of coffee affogato, which clashes with the high quality of everything else.
