I Tre Baroni In Poppi

We stayed a weekend in the village, what can I say, beautiful place, view from ten, absolute tranquility, tidy and clean rooms, friendly, helpful and very familiar staff. Then, with the Christmas atmosphere, everything is emphasized even more. We had booked a suite and they upgraded us to another higher category suite. Top breakfast! We will definitely be back.

The suite with spa is super for relaxing weekends in the mountains

The location of the hotel is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. Two pieces of advice: try to reduce the noise of the ventilation motor in the bathroom of the suite because it is unpleasant to hear the motor in the bathroom of the neighboring suite at night. Furthermore, I don't understand why it is not possible to take advantage of half board with the mater even if I was very satisfied with the half board at the Locanda dei Baroni. We'll see each other again.

Only a week has passed since my stay at the Tre Baroni and I already can't wait to return. Immersed in a forest that steals your heart, the Borgo offers rooms of all types, from the simplest to suites. I stayed in one of the latter, with a hydromassage tub and a wonderful view of the Casentino and the Poppi castle surrounded by early morning fog. I also highly recommend tasting the tasting menu of the restaurant located in the Borgo, Mater: a unique sensorial experience inspired by the woods of this wonderful land. Special thanks go to Marta, who made my stay perfect from the moment I was welcomed with her smiling courtesy, to Caterina, who had the patience to serve me my endless breakfast, and to Andrea, who guided me in the discovery of unique flavors and combinations. Excellent place for a holiday in the Casentino area. Possibility of also having half board treatment. Possibility of spa in the room.

The perfect place to regenerate, with hospitality from times gone by! Logistically perfect for those looking for paths in the woods: immersing yourself in the forest of the Casentino park is a unique experience!
