For Asians, eating purple cabbage is not an easy thing to get used to because it has a bitter taste that we don’t like. But this restaurant successfully overcomes it. The filling of this dish has a rich cream cheese aroma and fluffy texture. The purple cabbage underneath only emits a bitter aftertaste, and cleverly takes away the buttery taste that would otherwise be cloying and increases the edibility. In addition, the purple cabbage is stewed until it is properly soft, which can increase the taste while maintaining the consistency of the dish itself.
Sorbetto Limone
This dessert is incredible. It has the loose texture of smoothie but the hardness of light cake at the same time. It is hard to guess how this dessert is shaped. When you scrape off the spoon and put it into your mouth, you will be surprised by its light texture. This dessert is also the reason why we added a tip in the end. It is so unforgettable!

En realidad me alojo en el hotel, es un hotel maravilloso. Tengo alergia a los lácteos, y el menú del bar era bastante pesado en productos lácteos. El servidor de turno de la tarde me trajo unos espaguetis maravillosos con una salsa de tomate encantadora en su lugar, sin productos lácteos involucrados. Salí a caminar anoche y volví y cené aquí. El menú de la cena es mucho más extenso que lo que ofrecen en el bar durante la tarde. Yo ya había comido pasta, así que fui por la mejilla de res. Fue lento - cocinado, supongo en vino y hierbas, y oh, fue derretido - en - su - boca deliciosa. Absolutamente maravilloso. También comí el zabaglione, que es uno de mis postres favoritos en todo el mundo que nunca consigo que nadie haga en Canadá. Estaba delicioso. También sirvieron una selección de panes caseros y mantequilla casera, que era excelente. Dijeron que era libre de lactosa, pero en realidad no soy alérgico a la lactosa; soy alérgico a la proteína de la leche, por lo que puedo comer mantequilla de todos modos: la mantequilla no tiene mucha proteína. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante; el servicio es impecable, la gente es súper agradable, y la comida es deliciosa.
