The focaccias are delicious, the one with Recco cheese is unsurpassed!! The focaccia croutons are also excellent, for real gourmets! The two ladies who run the shop are kind and helpful.

From 'The flavors of Liguria' you truly find the Ligurian gastronomic traditions in several of its numerous variations, perhaps the only place in Pavia where a focaccia worthy of the name is prepared (almost like that of the Panificio Sebastiano, via Lomellini, Genoa) for not to mention the farinata and other typical products. Just one small observation: a drizzle less oil in the focaccia pan. The Ligurians are careful and do not waste.
