I'm back for the second time. I love this place because they're so kind and you eat like you're at home, especially like your Sicilian grandmother. Small and cozy. Our lunch experience at this Osteria was a positive one. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming. Even though it was very busy the service exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the good food and especially the many varieties that were served.

I already knew the restaurant from having been there several times for work, so I decided to return during a weekend in Modica and Ragusa. I had a fantastic idea: I found the legendary Fabrizio, whom I hadn't seen in about seven years. Then I sat down and ordered a very small local appetizer, by choice. Then we ordered a portion of Lolli cche favi (typical pasta with fava beans), which turned out to be a portion for three, a challenge for two to finish. Then I ordered the pork with tomato sauce, a second course featuring rabbit and vegetables. Everything was delicious, the sauce very tasty and cooked to perfection. I hadn't eaten such a tender, succulent, and flavorful piece of rabbit in many years. Congratulations to all the staff, see you soon.
