LIKE EATING AT HOME!!! Atmosphere is very homely and peaceful. Food is Finger licking good! A wonderful family Dinner! This Restaurant makes Modica proud! Love it, will definitely come back!

Lunch with a family of 4, we were well received even though we hadn't booked, excellent homemade food, prices in my opinion not like those of a tavern, the quality of the food makes you forget everything, welcoming location with no frills. I will definitely return to the area also for work , so not only will I return to visit them for lunch but I will also recommend it to my fellow representatives.

If you want to eat authentic Sicilian food, this is the right place for you. The quality is excellent, the service is first class, and the ambience takes you back in time - a beautiful restaurant. I've been there twice and the food was really delicious. Valeria is extremely friendly and reliable.

We went there for dinner and were positively surprised with the cozy atmosphere, local menu, quality of food and generosity of the portions - definitely recommended for anyone looking for a showcase of Sicilian food in a highly enjoyable, easy going ambiance

Typically Sicilian place that was recommended to us by a Sicilian. So not a purely tourist place. Very good food, very nice outside atmosphere, I would say it's a must try. Low prices. Worthy of note is the JukeBox inside. Quite a gem

Great food and service. After booking, two of us went with a dog who received welcome and attention, the waiters took care to assign us the most suitable place, bringing a bowl of fresh water several times. We took a mixed starter, 2 half portions of first course, 2 half portions of second course, a side dish and a dessert, a bottle of wine and water, for a total of 84 euros
- Mixed starter rated 7, varied with many tasty options but nothing that could make the difference.
- Excellent first courses, score 10, these were squares of fresh pasta with veal product and meatballs and fresh pasta with modica broad beans, both, despite being half portions, were truly abundant, intense and genuine flavour, perfectly balanced, special mention for the fresh pasta.
- Good second courses rated 8, I know it was the "stimpirata" rabbit and aubergines with egg. The rabbit was excellent, juicy with good meat and crunchy vegetables, excellent cooking and quantity, also in this case it was a half portion). The aubergines were recommended by the waitress but they were heavy to eat as a second course, after an appetizer and a first course, especially in summer, the sauce was not very strong and the textures were not enticing.
- Side dish of baked potatoes with Giarratana onion, rating 8, excellent flavour, only we would have preferred them crunchier.
- sweet almond semifreddo, rating 9. Quality toasted almonds, artisanal topping (which is very important given that many use industrial ones)
Overall experience rated 9, considering excellent value for money and the quantity of half portions

Flavors of the past, informal and authentic environment which, although touristy, remains so.
We had a mixed house starter (incredible caponata), half a portion of lolli with broad beans, half a portion of ricotta ravioli with pork sauce and an off-menu dish of chickpeas and chard. All really good and tasty and with very generous portions.
