A true taste experience!
The handmade cavatelli were a real surprise: perfect texture, just the right amount of roughness to hold the sauce. The ragù, full-bodied and rich in flavor, reminds me of family Sundays: well-cooked tomato, tender meat, and an extraordinary balance of aromas. The final touch of grated cheese completes the dish with a savory and creamy note. All accompanied by an excellent local red, which enhanced every bite. The atmosphere was warm and the service attentive. A place we'll gladly return to!

Excellent restaurant where we recommend ordering the local specialties. The pasta cu maaccu ri favi, the ravioli with pork sauce, and the baked Giarratana onions are delicious. All at reasonable prices.

Winner of 4 restaurants in 2017. Excellent quality and a truly unique concept. Bringing traditional Sicilian dishes back to the table, almost all vegetarian, especially the first courses. Dishes feature local legumes (a Slow Food Presidium) and seasonal vegetables, all seasoned with delicious flavors. Very fast and friendly service. Very reasonable prices, perfectly balanced with the quality of the food.
