I went the other day, spectacular pizza, one of the best I've ever eaten. The staff is friendly and the price is right for the quality of the products they offer.

I lived in Moncalieri for years without ever having entered this place. I changed my mind because I wouldn't have given him a euro from outside and yet the cuisine was really very good. Let me start by saying that I only tried the pizzas but I will slowly get to know the whole menu again. A really light and honeycombed pizza with a super explosive crust as you can see in the photos I posted. I found the tomato puree they used slightly sweet, perhaps they keep the salt light due to the very tasty seasonings. They are afraid that the customer will be too thirsty at night... who knows. However, despite this, it remains one of the best pizzas in Moncalieri, especially on an aesthetic level, but the content is not lacking when you go to taste it. In particular, I ate almost two without any heaviness problems. I didn't give five stars for two reasons, the first is the location, the placemats they use are uncomfortable, they move constantly and it becomes annoying to eat/cut the pizza. I also found the bill a little salty (unlike the sauce) for goodness sake we are in the range of central Turin, but here we are in the super suburbs... The conclusions are yours

Really good pizza, Neapolitan (I got Anastasia). Then a profiteroles from the Sabro' pastry shop (good, but not exceptional and small, better for my body but not for the €7), Leumann beer and good coffee. I spent 25.50. Place discreetly finished, very friendly service. In short, the pizza is top and that's why I went.

As I imagine many of you have done, I have been to a lot of pizzerias in my life. And let me say that for ME this is one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten: the dough is soft and light, and at the same time crunchy and tasty; you can see and feel the ingredients are of high quality. The staff is super friendly and polite, as well as attentive to detail. Even the desserts, few, but really good! Discovered by chance on Instagram, but I will definitely be back! Super recommended.
