The Trattoria/Osteria di Fornio is truly a wonderful place to stay: the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The cuisine is a dream for those who love tradition: Emilian dishes prepared to perfection, with authentic flavors and attention to every detail. From fresh pasta to main courses, everything is top-notch. A place where the food is divine and the atmosphere even better... it's impossible not to want to return!

The food is excellent, with great attention to the quality of the ingredients, and the staff are also very friendly and helpful. We had the osteria's antipasto, and it was a feast of flavors. Definitely worth a try if you're passing by.

The atmosphere is truly evocative: the open kitchen makes you feel part of the ritual, while in the basement, an ancient stone cellar holds mouth-watering cured meats: high-quality culatello, prosciutto, and similar cured meats, flavors that reflect the region. The dishes, too: we ate divinely, all authentic, well-balanced flavors, with excellent ingredients. The service is warm, welcoming, and kind: you truly feel welcome. In short, Osteria di Fornio is a complete experience for those who love traditional cuisine, with a family atmosphere, excellent cured meats, and a touch of excellence. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. Ravioli with herbs and Fassona beef tartare with porcini mushrooms were spectacular.

Really enjoyed the food, the friendly staff and the ambience. The desert (Soffice al cioccolato fondente) was the best we had during our visit to Italy this year.
