Osteria located in the middle of the countryside; super friendly and helpful staff; place with a very nice outdoor space in which to have dinner or lunch; really excellent dishes, there were 3 of us and we took the mixed starter, a second course each and the mixed desserts. Highly recommended

Not too positive experience. Excellent food but some lack of tone in some presentations, for example the tasting of cheeses or one of the desserts we chose. Finally, according to the six of us, the price was excessive.

I went to this place for the first time with my wife for dinner, a very positive experience, we had a great time, let's try to give an opinion on the Borghese: Room: 9 - Very welcoming with internal rooms which, however, we did not use as it was the summer season. We had dinner on a very nice air-conditioned veranda and there was also the possibility of staying in the outdoor garden. Menu: 9 - very wide choice of dishes, all typically Parma, excellent quality of products, decidedly generous portions... the desserts!!! We don't drink wine but I think they are quite well stocked even as a cellar. Service: 10 - Very friendly, excellent welcome, we were served by a boy, the owner's son, very brilliant, very kind without being intrusive, BRAVO! Bill: 10 - In relation to what we ate the cost of dinner was low, among other things I was intrigued by a dessert and they brought us a taste (offered) which wasn't really a taste... in conclusion local Highly recommended, I will definitely include it in my favorites and recurring ones.

We are from Dallas, Texas and were visiting family in Fidenza. On our final night they brought us here. The food and atmosphere were absolutely amazing! We met the owners and were given a tour of the restaurant. If you are in the area, you must give this place a try. You will not be disappointed. We begged them to open a Dallas location.

Excellent place, no problem finding it Place

Sono stata ai boschi di fornio per un pranzo in famiglia e diverse volte con amici. Veniamo da Parma centro e il posto vale il viaggio senza dubbi Bellissimo rustico in mezzo al verde , accoglienza ottima e cucina spaziale ! Tra un piatto e l’ altro si può far visita agli animali della piccola fattoria, capre, pecore cavalli, galline, cani e gatti. La cucina a base vegetale e’ squisita , mai scontata, e viene incontro alle esigenze di tutti ( intolleranti al glutine e vegani compresi ). Allego qualche foto sperando che possa anche solo in parte far trasparire la magia del posto . Non perdetevelo !

I prodotti sono naturali ed a km. 0, fanno anche fermentati. Si mangia molto bene in un contesto intimo e familiare. Tutto fatto in casa! Ci siamo saziati con i loro lauti antipasti,ravioli ripieni come primo,torta salata,patate al forno,dolce. Non ricordo il nome di ogni portata,ma ricordo la qualità delle portate e la gentilezza dei gestori. Mary Achy
