Hotel Ristorante Pizzeria Scala San Giorgio In Osini

Great location, super lovely staff. Room is cleaned daily. However, it takes a long time to get to the hotel with a sometimes difficult climb, it takes a long time to get to the beach (of course, it's in the mountains, but you can't see it immediately on Google) and there is no WiFi in the room, only in the lobby and restaurant. Beautiful surroundings, super quiet. Slept very well.

Spectacular place on the Ogliastra heels

A simply fantastic farmhouse, surrounded by greenery. It's a shame that the road to reach it has been interrupted for some time and the opening hours are fewer and fewer

I stayed there for 1 night at the beginning of August 2023. Room clean and adequate for the cost, staff friendly and present. Located in a fairly isolated place it would require more adequate Wi-Fi coverage, it was almost impossible to even make a simple phone call. For those who love places away from city noise it is ideal. Restaurant menu for dinner: the culurgiones and the platter are promoted, the "seadas" need to be reviewed (as always, my opinion is strictly personal). Excellent breakfast, freshly baked croissants, handmade cakes, fresh and portioned fruit, and a good offer for those who prefer savory foods (salami, ham, fontina and hard-boiled eggs). Overall, passed.

Excellent traditional food, great wines, very pleasant setting, wonderful people. I strongly recommend.

Ennesima conferma per lo Scala di San Giorgio: ottima l’accoglienza riservata al nostro gruppo di amici motociclisti e ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Buone le sistemazioni, sia in hotel che in campeggio. Cena tipica di qualità, ottimi i malloreddus e la pecora al cannonau. Alla prossima sicuramente.
