Beautiful location in Torno on the shore of Lago di Como. Truly soothing view from the room balcony on the lake, church and surrounding mountains. Service and staff are excellent! Very helpful (hotel staff will bring your luggage to the hotel since parking is hundred meters from the hotel). Very kind staff. They will help you with your requests e.g. printing tickets for Fiera Milano entrance. Rooms are really nice and well equipped. Recommendation to everyone.

It was an unforgettable experience, the hotel is clean and beautiful. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel staff was stunning, very helpful and nice. The breakfast was wow beyond words! We got a room with a lake view which was perfect. Dinner at the hotel was excellent and service excellent. highly recommend

A quiet and beautiful place for a break if you are visiting several cities in Italy. The Hotel is located on the shores of the lake, which adds a charming landscape to the views both from the room and from the Restaurant. It has delicious dishes, very well prepared and the atmosphere is elegant and calm. We spent two very nice days and we appreciate the kind attention and sympathy with which they received us. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night in this splendid hotel in December and I recommend it 1000 times! First of all, the hotel is extremely well located, 15/20 minutes by car from Como, it allows you to have peace and quiet far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Speaking of tranquility, this hotel is a real cocoon. The view from the room is breathtaking over Lake Como, the decoration is tasteful and the service worthy of a palace (breakfast service set on the table, attentive staff). The rooms are spacious and I have never seen such perfect cleanliness in a hotel. We ate in the hotel restaurant, simply excellent with a bay window directly overlooking Lake Como. Here too, impeccable service and more than adequate quality/price ratio! An address to which I will definitely return!

Location straordinaria, cibo eccellente e servito in quantità adeguate (fortunatamente le "sirene" dell'impiattamento ricercato minimalista, tanto furbescamente sbandierate dai più al solo fine di irretire e raggirare i clienti), servizio amichevole, simpatico e puntuale (etichetta ed educazione sì ma senza il rigore noioso della forma a tutti i costi). Una serata speciale, praticamente sospesi sulle acque del lago. Ottimo, grazie.

Small.hotel on quay side . Fantastic service views and food . Quite and friendly . The perfect place away from como . Plenty of neat walks into the mountains also small coffee shops in the area

Excellent location and view. The service is very attentive and on point. Problem is the food, it is very bland and unimaginative, a typical tourist trap. The chef should be ashamed of himself. :(

What a truly amazing hotel with the most amazing staff continuously going out of their way to make your stay perfect. Chiara and Martina (front of house) made booking direct an absolute breeze, promptly answering my many questions as I was holidaying with my elderly, not so mobile mother. Excellent airport transfers and transport in the hotel jeep straight to the hotel door were painlessly organised . The hotel and the location exceeded our expectations , modern and spotless throughout with a great restaurant overlooking the Lake - baked salted sea bass filleted at the table and the chestnut creme brûlée were to die for. Breakfast was pretty amazing too, lots of choice, top quality, very tasty, brilliant waitress. Our room overlooking the lake/harbour was spacious,and well appointed…thick robes, super comfy bed and pillows, large walk in rain shower and great toiletries. Super sun terrace too where we lapped up the unexpected 27 degree sunshine when we returned from sightseeing in the afternoon. To top all that the hotel overlooks the most picturesque little harbour that you can never tire of looking out over, watching locals and tourists coming and going. The ferry station is a minute from the hotel. 30 min ferry ride to Como. We also enjoyed a fantastic meal at the sister hotel, Vapore, at the other end of the harbour. Service, food and ambience equally brilliant. A thoroughly brilliant Hotel that I can’t recommend highly enough. Look no further if you want an exceptional place to stay in Lake Comp. 10 out of 10!
