Hotel Mary Ristorante In Vico equense

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a week, coinciding with our vacation in Vico Equense, and it was truly impeccable and beautiful. To call it beautiful and extraordinary would be an understatement. The location was captivating, and the room had a breathtaking sea view. The room was immaculately clean and tidy, and had all the amenities I expected. The bed was incredibly comfortable and close to an outlet. The services were efficient and comprehensive, and the hotel was spacious, bright, and well-organized. The breakfast buffet was delicious, both sweet and savory. The staff was very friendly and professional, always ready to accommodate our every request with a wide smile. I highly recommend everyone to experience this wonderful hotel.

It took me way too long to write this review, it even a year and a half later needed to share my thoughts. I traveled alone, not great weather December 2025. The dining experience and hospitality at this hotel is Life changing. You will have a tough time staying anywhere else in Italy. The service captain and staff were dialed in to every little attention to detail, and treated me like I was the only one in the place. Food, beverage, the people were all first class and a 5 star experience. I can not wait to come back in season

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Mary, situated in the lovely town of Vico Equense. The hotel was immaculate, very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and took great care of us during our stay. They were very friendly and incredibly professional. The hotel is 15min walk to the main train line, which made travelling between Napoli, Pompeii and Sorrento very easy. Definitely recommend staying here

The hotel is well maintained, decorated clean and has high level service. I stayed here 2 nights last week with my family and we felt welcome and served as a guest always should be. Great that the room offer USB outlets (C and A) spread across the whole room. We had only one adapter and having these outlets allowed us to charge all our devices in one night. Every hotel should have that! The best part was the restaurant. Everything seemed to be fresh made and their service is excellent. The dinner in the restaurant was the best we had on our 11 days trip on Italy (North to South). Price is fair for the environment and dishes offered. Hats off for Vincenzo, which makes every customer experience unique and special. From welcoming you to the breakfast to offering special dishes during dinner, he was impeccable. The management must know, but he gives soul to the restaurant. Unfortunately it rain both mornings, so the external areas were not usable, but I still recommend this hotel, specially if you have a car. Most other hotels don’t have private parking and you will depend on luck to find a spot to park. On Mary, they have valet service included and private parking, which was great, so we could enjoy driving in the amazing Amalfi coast road, stopping on view points for pictures whenever we wanted, going everywhere, without the concern of finding a parking spot when we get back. The location is good if you have a car. For those depending on other transportation modes, you need to know you will have to walk or pay taxi services frequently. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

My experience at this hotel was mixed. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not polite or helpful and showed little willingness to accommodate when problems came up. I was given a room that didn’t match what I had originally purchased, and when I raised the issue, they offered different excuses instead of trying to resolve it. The condition of the room was also disappointing, there was mold in the bathtub, which made it uncomfortable to use and raised concerns about cleanliness. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of options. The manager in the breakfast area stood out for being very friendly, greeting guests warmly and always willing to help, which was a highlight despite the other issues.

We stayed there in March; the hotel has a wonderful view. The staff and breakfast were impeccable—and the breakfast also offered a panoramic view. It’s a pleasant walk to the train station, from which you can reach both Sorrento and Naples. The town itself is very charming. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely book here again.

Recently stayed for 4 nights . Loved the location quick walk into town. Staff was attentive. Host at restaurant was a pleasure and attentive had breakfast and dinner . Alessia at front desk was great at assisting scheduling transfers and recommending tours in the area.

I've been to the spa several times, both for spa treatments and massages. I have to say it's always been a wonderful experience. The masseuses are all very skilled and professional. This afternoon I booked a Sunny massage and it was totally relaxing, thanks to Annamaria's skill. I'll definitely do it again 😍

Beautiful views. Beautiful rooms. Top notch service. The food in the restaurant is spectacular. Best pasta anybody us ever had.
