Citrus, herbs, everything feels tied to the region in a way that actually adds something instead of just sounding good on a menu. It makes the whole experience feel connected to where you are rather than something you could find anywhere. The food deserves just as much attention. It’s not an afterthought at all. Everything I tried felt fresh, well executed, and clearly designed to pair with the cocktails. It elevates the whole night instead of just filling a gap. What I liked even more was how the vibe changes depending on the night. It never felt static. One night it leaned more relaxed and intimate, another it had more energy and music and felt almost like a different place. It’s clear they’re paying attention to the crowd and shaping the atmosphere around it instead of forcing one type of experience every night. The hospitality is where it really sticks with you though. Angela and Valerio are both incredible at what they do. They’re welcoming in a way that feels natural, not over the top, and they make you feel like you’re part of the place right away. You can tell the whole team operates the same way. Everyone is sharp, friendly, and genuinely cares about how your night is going. It’s rare to find a place that balances creativity, quality, and hospitality this well. SHUB isn’t just a cocktail bar, it feels like a place that’s been built with intention from top to bottom. Definitely one of the spots that makes you want to come back again before you even leave.

Cool temperature and cool vibes,especially in warmer months. Fantastic cocktails and staff, music and fresh complementary regionally fresh olives just make it that much better. Enjoyed the place so much, I Visited it twice while in Sorento in September 2024. Even bought a Shub t shirt of the back of one of the staff🥃

A top venue in Sorrento, but not only that, but also internationally renowned. Excellent cocktails, food, and staff. Recommended.
