Very warm welcome. We only ate at the restaurant. Good food. It's a good place. Very good value for money.

Amidst the tourist frenzy of Alberobello, the terrace of the Lanzillotta Hotel restaurant is a peaceful oasis where you can enjoy a quiet bite to eat even at times when the kitchens are normally closed (I saw a small group of tourists welcomed with a big smile and professionalism at 3 pm). That said, the food isn't "touristy" at all. We were treated to two delicious piping hot meatballs and crumbly taralli. The grilled capocollo sliced ​​pork shoulder topped with tomatoes and arugula was delicious, while I would have preferred the baked eggplant with tomato filling to be a little more flavorful. Definitely worth returning to try other dishes. Recommended

Location is great, right in the centre on the top of the hill. But the rooms, bathroom and lift are subminimal. Breakfast was ok. I do not think this hotel deserves 4 stars.

We went to Hotel Lanzillotta for lunch after a wonderful visit to Alberobello, accompanied by my parents and my fiancé. The experience was truly excellent in every way! The service was impeccable: the waiter was extremely kind, attentive to every detail, and available to answer any of our questions. We felt truly pampered. The food was delicious, with carefully prepared dishes and authentic flavors. A pleasant surprise was the wait for our order: we were offered four bruschettas, bread, and taralli, a truly pleasant welcome that we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area: quality, courtesy, and a beautiful atmosphere in the heart of Alberobello.

I spent two nights there. The location was excellent for exploring Alberobello on foot, and it was also convenient for the beach... Monopoli is a 30-minute drive away. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Room equipped with everything you need.

The employees are extraordinary. Tina is a 10, proactive, efficient, and highly trained. Employees like her are the soul of the hotels. They should take care to incentivize committed employees.

The staff at the reception was great, but the breakfast was far from that. Very poor bread, few and dull things to put on top of that. According to a piece of hotel info the rooms were about to be modernized - needed!
