The Corborant is a restaurant from another era. You can dine without choosing a menu that changes every night, a real shame. The dishes, though lacking in presentation, are well-cooked, with variable portions (the appetizers are tastings), served in bursts, and sometimes with requests for seconds. The place is airy, clean, and the table is beautifully set; the single slice of bread set for each guest makes you smile. Two dinners in a row, and twice no one offered you a digestif at the end of the meal. Not that it matters, but a sign of hospitality would be appreciated.

21/10/2025: Baia Monte Gelas has become a regular stop every time I visit this area. I'm grateful for the kindness, patience, and helpfulness of the owners, including the legendary Renzo, who always patiently accommodated my every request. The polenta is excellent, with the option of a quasi-all-you-can-eat menu if the entire table opts for the €24 menu with various sauce samples. The restrooms and restaurant are always clean and impeccable. The desserts are also excellent. Advance reservations are highly recommended, especially since you might not be able to find a table at the last minute.

Pizzeria 480GRADI - Bra

08/02/2026: Went last night, I think it's under new management. Excellent pizza, good beer too, but the coffee is amazing. The atmosphere is open, so there are huge tables full of families; the noise is a given. They don't have many pizzas, but the important thing is to make them good, and my buffalo mozzarella with Parma ham was delicious. I had a red double malt draft beer... good, and finally this Lavazza coffee, never heard of before, in green bags. Really good.
29/12/2025: Very good food, super good pizzas, I recommend it. 🍕🍺👏 my favorite pizza in Bra, too bad they closed over a year ago.
