This is a perfect 10 hotel. My very personal best of all. I would surely stay again once I will be in Valle d'Aosta. The view from the balcony towards the majestic Alp mountains and Fenis castle is breath-taking. I am still see it on my dreams. I am rather hard on my evaluation at general but believe my Genius level 3 status and take my word for it. If in July the spectacle and the whole hotel experience was flawless imagine what it will happen in wintertime when Valle d'Aosta puts "its nicest clothes on"... I will be a repeater. Grazie mille amici!!

We were on holiday last September, I must say we had a great time, clean and well-kept rooms, abundant breakfast and dinner with excellent typical dishes. We will definitely be back next September, applause to all the staff

Excellent hotel, we arrived very late and even though the kitchen was closed they still made us two toasts, excellent breakfast, excellent staff, I won't tell you anything else about the staff because for me they are very professional like all hotels, therefore finding out this from you, given that the hotel helps to insert special people into the workplace, and given the service it does so admirably!!

Hotel at the foot of the Fenis castle, so very convenient for going to the castle, or a base for walking in the surrounding area. The guys were very knowledgeable, breakfast with a lot of choice, including savory. We also had dinner and ate very well, with decent prices. The hotel is quite old, like the rooms, but well kept
I would definitely go back.

This evening, during my dinner at the hotel restaurant, I witnessed a scene that deeply saddened me and raised serious reflections on the professional ethics of the staff.
The reception manager displayed decidedly inappropriate behaviour, addressing his colleagues in inappropriate tones and very colorful insults, despite the presence of customers in the room.
In addition to the discomfort deriving from witnessing such a scene, what struck me most was the fact that the people insulted were workers with disabilities, in a context that defines itself as inclusive and ethical. A work environment that should guarantee respect and serenity to its employees seemed, at that moment, far from these principles.
At the end of the dinner, I expressed my disappointment directly to the manager, suggesting greater attention in managing staff and communicating with customers. Unfortunately, I received no response of understanding or apology for what happened, but only a justification aimed at defending his behavior.
I believe that as a place that aims to be a respectful and inclusive environment, it must pay particular attention to the training of its staff, so that incidents of this type do not happen again. I hope that what happened was an isolated episode and that in the future measures will be taken to ensure a more peaceful and respectful working climate for everyone.
(Special praise goes to our waiter who, despite what happened, never stopped smiling at us and managing the situation at the tables. I would give him 5 full stars!)

Not a recent but still well-kept structure located in Fenis, a few kilometers from Aosta.
The hotel is easily accessible from the state road and has a large free car park, with attached charging stations for electric cars.
There is a restaurant, and this is a nice plus, especially if you return after a long day of walking and cultural visits around the region.
Room service is managed by young, kind and attentive staff in line with the hotel's mission, which adheres to a beautiful hospitality and accessibility project: more information about this is available and well detailed on the website.
The gastronomic offer, which is good and varied, integrates tradition and sustainability.
The rooms are well kept, they contain all the services that one might expect in relation to the category of the hotel. The only flaw is the TV, too small... but you can ignore it.
The cleanliness was good, as was the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff.
Pleasant stay, positive experience.

I recently had the opportunity to sleep at the Comtes de Challant in Aosta and I must say that the experience was extraordinary in every respect. In all my previous stays, I had never found such an impeccably clean environment. The room is spacious and tidy, with an extremely comfortable bed that promises a restful night's sleep. I recommend the Comtes de Challant, a true jewel in the heart of Aosta.

Very well-kept room, Castle view, pleasant, excellent service, wide choice for breakfast, excellent cuisine except the dessert that was served to us for dinner, which seemed to have been frozen twice. However, I would happily return.
