Excellent, truly excellent! This is my second time at this restaurant. The food is very good, rigorously handmade, with meticulous attention to detail. I'm also in the business, and I know how to recognize those who work with substance. In an industry where people often only want to impress with a mania for innovation and appearance, I'm very happy when I find someone who maintains quality, traditional cuisine with a passion for good food! My compliments for the cuisine and also for the welcome, which exudes true HOSPITALITY!

February 17, 2026. Truly satisfied. I've stopped by several times and have seen the simplicity and passion behind the work. Excellent quality pasta. Try it. I park 50 meters from the Via Emilia road next to the pharmacy.

A restaurant that cares about quality, the real deal. The pasta is handmade right in front of us in the open-plan kitchen. Excellent ingredients and professional service. My tagliatelle were a real treat, as were my wife's strozzapreti. The space isn't large, and the prices are above average, justified by the need to maintain the high quality, so you're happy to pay. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back.

25/09/2025: My wife and I enjoyed an early dinner after all day travel from Phoenix, starting a nice bottle of Bologna Rossa then dinner of tagliatelli with wild boar ragu. We ate inside...a very comfy restaurant/bar location and had the place to ourselves until another table arrived after 7 pm. Service was attentive. Good choice.
18/09/2025: One thing I wouldn't change about my trip in Bologna is our dinner at Vinoteca. Excellent food, paired with amazing wine that the staff recommended. I will definitely visit again when I return in Bologna!
