Tortellini in broth like grandma's

On our way from Bologna to Imola for the F1 GP we stopped at this trattoria that for quality and service surpasses many restaurants. Very good food of the Emilian tradition, attentive and familiar service, limited waiting times. Recommended

I stopped for dinner after the WEC qualifications, I ate a plate of homemade pasta with sausage, mushrooms, bacon and pecorino and I must say that the quality was noticeable, compliments to the staff

Eating badly on the Via Emilia is really difficult but here, especially for the former, you reach unsurpassable heights. The pasta is homemade and it takes more than a minute to make a lean tortello, rigorously handmade. True works of art that customers can see through a glass window that separates the tables from the kitchen. Sauces, broths, etc. they are equally well cared for. Table service and slightly relaxed times, as would be right to enjoy the food, if you are in a hurry it is better to opt for quick preparations and make it known. Good choice of local and non-local wines. I hope to be able to return soon.

I was in the area for work and this place was recommended to me for a good plate of pasta. I really appreciated the quality of the pasta, especially the ragù, and the dessert also turned out to be really excellent. I regret having to assign a score of 3 stars, a reason mainly linked to the quality-price ratio: almost €40 for a first course, a glass of wine, a dessert and a coffee seemed excessive to me. I understand and recognize the high quality of the raw materials and the freshness of the product, but I still consider the price to be out of proportion. Another aspect that perplexed me was the feeling of being observed throughout lunch, which made the experience less relaxing. That said, I think the place has potential. There is no question of quality and, if I have to spend a little more for a good product, I am happy to do so - but in this case I perceived a difference that was too marked. Despite this, I will gladly return to try other options on the menu.

Typical Bolognese cuisine of exceptional quality!

Ci siamo recati iin questa trattoria in una giornata infrasettimanale durante una pausa di lavoro. Frequentata prevalentemente da lavoratori in pausa pranzo, il locale si presenta come una classica trattoria dall'arredo piuttosto scarno. Il menu proponeva una scelta piuttosto limitata (probabilmente perchè si trattava del pranzo e non della cena) ma di discreta qualità , una menzione però va fatta alle crescentine che erano veramente ottime! Ciò che ho trovato sgradevole è stato invece il trattamento riservatoci dai titolari che, oltre ad aver preso le comande trattandoci con distacco , quasi quasi fossimo degli scocciatori e non dei clienti ( posso assicurare che siamo stati più che educati, vestiti più che decorosamente, parlavamo sottovoce e non abbiamo fatto alcun tipo di richiesta fuori luogo se non quella di un calice di lambrusco del quale , dopo che la signora mi risposto che si sarebbe informata se era disponibile, non ho avuto più notizie in quanto nessuno si è più preoccupato di venire al nostro tavolo anche solo per chiedere se volevamo qualcosa d'altro , tipo dessert, caffè, amaro... morale, ci siamo alzati, abbiamo pagato e siamo andati a prendere il caffè nel bar vicino!
