Everything was perfect, the food was excellent, the staff was professional, courteous, and willing to listen to customers.
The food was exceptional, and the service was prompt and friendly. We tried the tourist menu, which was delicious, plentiful, and reasonably priced compared to the à la carte options.

Amazing restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious – I had a unique risotto, great selection of cheeses, and a really special dessert. Everything was full of flavor and perfectly prepared.
The service was warm and friendly, which made the experience even better.

Attentive and attentive service. Excellent dishes typical of the region (I recommend the spaghetti with Aosta blue cheese and the salmon trout). Discovered a very good vintage. A unique and very pleasant experience!

Excellent! The food was good (to say the least). The portions were more than generous. The atmosphere was wonderful (see photo). The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.
We had various appetizers, cured meats and cheeses, risottos (the chef's was recommended), and venison fillet. Every dish was excellent, plentiful, and beautifully presented.
The children's menu was very varied (my daughter had pasta with venison ragù).
In short, if you're passing through or staying in Cogne, you have to try it.
5 well-deserved stars.
