Very typical, unique place, with furnishings, period objects and wonderful sculptures by the Aosta Valley artist Dorino Ouvrier, practically a small museum. Always excellent food, according to traditional local recipes (try Doctor Grappein's excellent risotto). Exceptional owners and staff, professional and very kind, always ready to please customers. High prices

We were lucky enough to have dinner here; a very good restaurant, quality products available in regional dishes, a pleasant setting and also quality service! We were very well received and we can only recommend this place with our eyes closed! A big thank you and a big congratulations!

Ottima cena, iniziata con un inatteso aperitivo con schiuma di bitter, arachidi ed altri ingredienti … difficile da spiegare ma ottimo ed innovativo. Super piatti sia di antipasto sia di seconde portate. Porzioni super e prodotti di prima scelta. Consigliata la trota di Lillaz alle erbe con contorno di verdure, prima scottate e poi saltate. Idilliache le gocce di purea che tra patate di montagna, burro e latte locale le danno un sapore e compattezza unico. Pregevole la carta dei vini dove si trovano, finalmente, le mezze bottiglie da ogni dove …

Excellent restaurant with modern mountain decor with large, very original wooden sculptures outside Excellent traditional menu with Parisian-style snails and favo' (soup with fontina broad beans and black bread) Friendly, professional staff and excellent value for money Definitely coming back

05/08/2024: This is really a nice Aosta dining experience! We relied on the red wine recommendation and wow, it was great!
28/07/2024: Delicious regional cuisine, very well presented (on the plate and orally). Warm and welcoming service. The red wine tasted (from the region) was divine. We had a lovely time on the terrace after a hot day. Our baby was calm to sleep in his stroller. THANKS!
