In the week we stayed in Cogne it was without a doubt the best place we ate. It offers the possibility of dividing the portions in two, which are served directly on two plates. The portions are generous and correspond correctly to the price. The staff is very kind, the place is very well furnished.
I recommend booking in high season, as with all restaurants in Cogne. I will recommend it to all my friends

We had dinner here on the occasion of my partner's birthday, a dinner that began with an abundant platter of high quality cheeses and cured meats, paired with honey, caramelized onions and browns, I continued with spaghetti with Bleu d'Aoste and my partner with polenta and sausage.
We finished with a stratospheric tiramisu!
The owner, with her professional, friendly and perfect hostess manner, managed to make my partner's birthday surprise come true 100%.
Super recommended!!!

Piatti ben preparati e gradevoli serviti con lentezza infinita e con sufficienza dalle cameriere in una location anonima e impersonale. Quando abbiamo chiesto il conto, ci è stato portato uno scontrino di cortesia (della ricevuta neppure l’ombra). Pollice verso.

Ottima cena, iniziata con un inatteso aperitivo con schiuma di bitter, arachidi ed altri ingredienti … difficile da spiegare ma ottimo ed innovativo. Super piatti sia di antipasto sia di seconde portate. Porzioni super e prodotti di prima scelta. Consigliata la trota di Lillaz alle erbe con contorno di verdure, prima scottate e poi saltate. Idilliache le gocce di purea che tra patate di montagna, burro e latte locale le danno un sapore e compattezza unico. Pregevole la carta dei vini dove si trovano, finalmente, le mezze bottiglie da ogni dove …
