The care and presentation of the dishes, the wonderful flavor of the food and the wide choice of wines were a real discovery. The impeccable service. When the cuisine is made with the heart and with excellent local raw materials the result can only excel. I highly recommend the experience.

My experience confirmed all expectations. I had a new first course: Margherita stuffed with mint and ricotta with datterini tomatoes and prawns, an unsurpassed dish. A special taste, an indescribable combination of flavours. I highly recommend.
Relaxing quiet atmosphere, excellent service. If you visit Giovinazzo you cannot fail to stop in this hostaria.

In a splendid glimpse of the historic center of Giovinazzo, a delightful turquoise door takes you into a small room where living stone reigns supreme. It all begins with courses of exceptional appetizers, such as stuffed and fried courgette flowers, very fresh cod, sublime stuffed mussels.
Followed by first and second courses served with care and devotion by the attentive and very kind owner in offering an encore.
An experience that leaves you wanting to return as soon as possible.
