We visited this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The tortellini were well-balanced and flavorful, and the beef was perfectly cooked. The desserts deserve special mention: the crème brûlée was exquisite, but the coconut and lime sorbet was simply divine, a perfect contrast of flavors. The staff was extremely kind and attentive throughout the evening. The only downside was the cutlery rest: unfortunately, it was chipped, something I wouldn't expect in such a refined setting. Overall, however, an excellent experience that I highly recommend.

The restaurant is welcoming and the service staff is courteous and professional. We found excellent culinary offerings. Traditional dishes are slightly revisited with top-quality ingredients. The quality/price ratio is good. We highly recommend it.

Osteria Dietro le Quinte – Jesi A truly pleasant experience! The Ascoli olives were excellent, crispy and flavorful. For my main course, I tried the turbot in potacchio with artichokes, cooked to perfection: balanced and well-balanced flavors. It was all accompanied by a glass of Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, which perfectly complemented the dish. The atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming, with friendly staff, ideal for a dinner in the heart of Jesi. Perhaps a little pricey, but highly recommended!

My experience was excellent in every way. We've had the opportunity to try it several times and have been very satisfied each time. We're from Rome but occasionally stop by Jesi and can't miss this fantastic event. Thank you!

Amazing italian restaurant , with modern regional dishes . Delicious options for vegans and vegetarians . Geat selections of wines . Lovely atmosphere , and very professional and attentive staff .Highly recommend.
