The location is simply furnished, but the warmth of the staff and the great food immediately make up for it! This is how I imagine an Osteria, fresh ingredients traditionally and deliciously prepared. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Fabulous lunch I had lunch with my wife in this wonderful place which contains everything of the true hostaria of the past with the interiors perfectly revisited and artfully restored by the owners who have set up an excellent family management. Very assorted menu especially of Modena specialties and beyond. From the typical appetizers of the area to the first courses all rigorously prepared by hand by the owner's wife to the superior quality meats, and then ending with delicious desserts also in this case handcrafted by the property. The service is simple and familiar which makes you feel at ease, we obviously started with tigella and fried gnocco accompanied by high quality cured meats: IGP mortadella, 24 month old Parma ham, salami and bacon and cracklings from local producers. Continuing with the first courses we savored an encore with pumpkin tortelli with balsamic vinegar from Modena and flakes of parmesan, and Castelvetro candies with ragù, all rigorously handmade and of a mouth-watering goodness. The abundance of the portions made us leave out the second courses, leaving a necessary place for the desserts. Sbrisolona tart filled with ricotta and blueberries.... a bomb. The house Lambrusco is excellent. In short, being in the area (or not) I strongly recommend a stop to delight your palate. Congratulations to the owners!!!
