It's not the warm and relaxing atmosphere, the friendly and professional welcome, the attentive and timely service, the quality of the dishes... it's all this put together that makes the culinary experience at Don Juan, a revisited Spanish cuisine restaurant, unique in the historic center of Monopoli... honorable mention for the Fideua all'assassina and the timeless selection of Patanegra (a must for lovers of the genre)

A real gem in the center of Monopolies!
My partner, who is allergic to various foods, and I had dinner here and we greatly appreciated the seriousness and professionalism in managing the matter, not everyone's. The chef came directly to the table to talk about it with us, making himself completely available. For this reason alone it deserves 5 stars. Not to mention the food and the meat, everything was excellent and a spectacular tiramisu!

On Marcella's advice we arrived with the best expectations which fortunately were not disappointed, on the contrary...! Paella "Negra" was really excellent as were the two tapas and the glass of red to accompany the dinner. Thanks guys ✌🏼

First time at Don Juan, we had a great time, we tasted their selection of cured meats, all excellent and unique, the bucadillos were phenomenal, the Paella Royal was also very good. Quick, welcoming and always smiling staff, a strong point is also the place away from the chaos, very private but well cared for. I definitely recommend it and we will definitely return 😊

Was looking forward to a nice Paella and a sangria. I have to say I was left disappointed. I shared a paella with my wife as it was listed as 2 servings in the menu. This was barely the case. The sangria barely had alcohol in it which was disappointing. I didn’t expect it to be strong however it was very weak. I’m not going to rush back.

Buon ristorante spagnolo, abbiamo provato alcune tapas, ottime le crocchette. La paella era buona, si sentiva la freschezza del pesce, il riso peró era troppo simile a un classico risotto. Ottima sangria. Nel complesso esperienza picevole.

Ambiente cordiale, proprietario simpatico e accogliente (ci ha anche esposto le bellezze da visitare in loco) ottimo cibo la paella royale un’esperienza da provare se siete in zona
