This restaurant is highly recommended. Perfect service, excellent food quality and preparation. We had lunch, sampling tapas, paella, and meat, as well as dessert and select wines. We were delighted with this sensory experience. We'll be back soon. Chef Ale is fantastic. See you next time.

A truly interesting place near the Monopoli seafront. It offers typical Spanish cuisine, well-prepared and in generous quantities. It offers a variety of paellas, all very interesting. There's plenty of seating, well-kept tables, and clean bathrooms. The table service is professional and very efficient. I ordered a calamari bocadillo and a Don Juan 2 paella with vegetables and chorizo, both delicious. I really enjoyed the dishes, highly recommended.

The atmosphere was very welcoming and attentive to detail.
We enjoyed the tapas, including truly exquisite ham that I highly recommend.
To finish, the various seafood, mixed, and meat paellas were very popular, all accompanied by the famous Spanish sangria, with its delicate yet bold flavor.
I would gladly return for a delicious, alternative dinner.

Dining at a restaurant called “Don Juan” already unconsciously creates a series of expectations, such as Latinity, passion and romance. In reality, my food and wine journey here revoked my first romantic date with a woman. The appetizers presented seemed to me to have a strong yet delicate flavor, never invasive either to my sight or to my taste, like on a first date with a woman where one is shy, delicate for fear of making a mistake. The paeia and the fillet I tasted instead immediately took me back to Spain; I saw Madrid and Valencia in my mind's eye, in one fell swoop; passionate, regal and attentive to the smallest details; It's the phase of the date where the two partners open up more and begin to get to know each other deeply and show themselves fully... The wine and the welcome you receive instead lead you to imagine being received at the court of the Queen of Spain and lead you to dream of kissing the woman who is a count because of how beautiful and luminous she seems in your eyes. Finishing dinner is like waking up from an incredibly beautiful and fantastic dream, leaving you with a sweet, passionate, and dreamy aftertaste...
