Best Paella I've ever had! You won't go wrong.

Authentic Spanish restaurant right down to the wine. Squid ink paella was excellent as were the steamed muscles. Staff was very nice.

We had a good time, except for a few ambiguous incidents with the service. Potentially a 5-star place across the board, but I'm planning another visit soon.

The perfect and careful blend of tradition and gastronomic evolution. Typical Spanish cuisine complemented by local specialties. The owner and staff are extremely courteous and professional. Excellent value for money. I'll be back!

This place was recommended to us, and we were intrigued. Today, August 15th, we had lunch. We received a warm welcome, attentive service from two very kind ladies, and the meal was truly excellent and high-quality. Our children also enjoyed it, which is unusual. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Spanish restaurant in Monopoli's old town, with Spanish-style decor and a menu featuring Spanish products. Unconventional food, a mix of Spanish and Italian products. The beef carpaccio and meatballs with tomato sauce are quite good.

Excellent cuisine, service needs a facelift (perhaps with a notebook!) The tapas are delicious, the paella is truly spectacular, and the sangria is so good you almost order it endlessly without realizing it. Unfortunately, my paella never arrived. Everyone at the table ate, and I waited (and hoped) while they told me "it'll be here in three minutes" four times... but nothing. The waiter, very confident, took our orders by heart—applause for his courage, but perhaps a notepad would have avoided the misunderstanding. At the end of the evening, they gave us a discount for the unexpected, a fair and appreciated gesture. The quality of the cuisine remains very high, truly excellent. If they fix the order management, it will become a 5-star place without a second thought!
