A truly interesting place near the Monopoli seafront. It offers typical Spanish cuisine, well-prepared and in generous quantities. It offers a variety of paellas, all very interesting. There's plenty of seating, well-kept tables, and clean bathrooms. The table service is professional and very efficient. I ordered a calamari bocadillo and a Don Juan 2 paella with vegetables and chorizo, both delicious. I really enjoyed the dishes, highly recommended.

The atmosphere was very welcoming and attentive to detail. We enjoyed the tapas, including truly exquisite ham that I highly recommend. To finish, the various seafood, mixed, and meat paellas were very popular, all accompanied by the famous Spanish sangria, with its delicate yet bold flavor.
