It might have been an anomaly but when we dined there this summer the service was really disappointing. Long waits and the waitress knew absolutely nothing about wine but pretended to. Overall not a pleasant experience and not the cheapest. The food was good though

I've known this place since it was in Beinette, where the quality was already very high. Since it moved to Alba, the quality is no longer very high, but stellar. In addition to the cuisine, you will not find any place in Alba and Langhe with such a variety of cellar. We went to the Hostaria dei Musi for a family dinner (me, my wife and our son) and overall the experience was pleasant. The location is truly beautiful, with attention to detail, with an elegant but welcoming atmosphere. An indisputable strong point is the open kitchen: total control reigned, and watching the staff work with precision and professionalism was almost hypnotic. The raw material used in the dishes is excellent, very fresh and of superior quality, and this is evident in every course. However, although the dishes were well prepared and correct, they did not leave us with a real "wow" effect. They are certainly more than enough, but perhaps we were expecting that extra sparkle that would make the experience unforgettable. In any case, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff made the evening pleasant and relaxing. Recommended for those looking for a well-kept place with solid cuisine and impeccable attention to detail!

Very high level cuisine, from starters to desserts we don't know what we liked most. Everything very well looked after. Modern and trendy environment, but at the same time warm and welcoming. Professional but welcoming service, the owner really kind. Wide and careful selection of wines. In our opinion the best restaurant in Alba.

We hadn't booked (highly recommended) but fortunately they were very kind and managed to seat us almost as soon as the kitchen was closed. Very kind and professional staff. Exceptional cuisine!
