A treat from starter to dessert! We made some great culinary discoveries in this pretty restaurant: the textures as well as the flavors were skilfully worked for a result of great finesse! The products were seasonal and of quality. The waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. The manager showed great professionalism in helping us with our choices. The presentation was neat, the dishes impeccable. My vegetarian friend was able to find choices that suited her diet and were delicious at the same time. We had no complaints! The icing on the cake: the staff spoke French, which put us at ease from the start. Very warm welcome and memorable experience! Grazie mille 🤌🤌🤌

My husband and I had dinner last night for the first time and it was a pleasant discovery. Welcoming and romantic atmosphere, tastefully furnished and not at all banal. The service was impeccable, friendly and attentive staff. The menu is creative and the presentation of the dishes is a true work of art. We only chose fish-based dishes, very fresh and sometimes not even on the Riviera. As I love cooking, I love dining in places like this where I don't find something on my plate that I can easily repeat at home. Finally, I thank the owner for allowing us a half-hour delay compared to the reservation, because it is not a given. You pay but you don't do what you want in other people's homes. Compared to a previous review, well...going to Musi and ordering just one dish is heresy!”. We will definitely be back!

Excellent. Dishes of the highest quality, kindness, friendliness, professionalism of the owner in a beautiful environment, with attention to every detail, created with great taste and style. Friendly and attentive staff. My favorite restaurant.

It might have been an anomaly but when we dined there this summer the service was really disappointing. Long waits and the waitress knew absolutely nothing about wine but pretended to. Overall not a pleasant experience and not the cheapest. The food was good though

I've known this place since it was in Beinette, where the quality was already very high. Since it moved to Alba, the quality is no longer very high, but stellar. In addition to the cuisine, you will not find any place in Alba and Langhe with such a variety of cellar. Obviously I'm not talking about the service, because it seems obvious to me that it is excellent

07/03/2025: I want to be pampered and so I treat myself to lunch in this place I didn't know about. Inside, it is divided into rooms (much appreciated for avoiding noise and relaxing) which are clean and have minimalist furnishings with retro cues. At the entrance, professional welcome from Noemi with a sunny smile, boy at the tables present for every request without being intrusive and punctual explanation of the dishes. But now we come to the dishes: homemade Russian salad with a delicate flavor but one that tickles the taste (one of the best I've eaten in recent years), CBT egg with excellent black truffle and well-balanced flavor and then rice (correct cooking point) with burrata red beetroot (expertly dosed so as not to cover the beetroot) and black truffle (in flakes and in quantity). Let me start by saying that I am a vegetarian and had not booked, but Stefano (the chef) had no problems in preparing such inviting and varied dishes for me (and this is not a given, many times if you don't book you have to settle for omelettes and salads). The place is run by young guys, but their competence, smile and desire to make and offer tasty, colorful and excellent dishes made my day even more "pampering".
