Hostaria dai Musi In Alba

We had a wonderful lunch on the square in Alba. We were warmly welcomed with delicious bread and homemade butter, followed by a delicious gazpacho appetizer. We chose both vegetarian primi and secondi, which were delicious with a nice variety of flavors and textures. The Pomodoro primi was especially superb. The dessert of freshly made ice cream is highly recommended. We'll be back!

A delicious dinner A glass of local red wine (they have an incredible cellar), veal with tuna sauce, pampering, and warm bread. What more could I ask for on my last day of vacation?

Amazing food and Emily was an amazing server. We couldnt really taste the truffle in the truffle pasta though, even though it was full of truffle, but the pasta itself was very good. A mystery

A constant for me; I come back every now and then because I always feel good. Excellent location in the pedestrian center, on Piazza Ferrero, one of Alba's liveliest squares, overlooking the fountain. Parking is available nearby. A well-kept restaurant with efficient, friendly, and hospitable staff. The owner dispenses advice and a good mood among the tables. Finely cooked fish and raw seafood dishes of great quality and flavor. From appetizers to desserts, great flavors. Wide selection of wines. When writing this review, I had dinner outside. Today I had lunch inside. I confirm the above and would also add that the interior decor and accessories are of high quality. Outside, there is a large outdoor area for the summer months, and you can eat in Piazza Ferrero under the huge Berruti show. Like this review if you enjoyed it. Everything was truly excellent. There were two of us, and we were served a welcome entree of a pepper and burrata dip and a spiced butter, both served with homemade bread and, as an alternative, tasty breadsticks. Then we ordered veal with tuna sauce and a cheese platter featuring typical local cheeses. The first course was served on a tuna mousse, the meat so tender... an enveloping flavor. The cheese platter was delicious and flavorful, all served with chestnut honey and a traditional jam. Finally, the first course: agnolotti in plin. What can I say? A double sauce of tomatoes and basil and a truly delicious pasta filling. Excellent service. Attention to detail. Iconic. Worth repeating. Worth returning.

Great restaurant near the village square in Alba. Very friendly, the food is good, but unfortunately, based on the reviews, we were expecting a bit more.

Locale molto bello nel centro di Alba. Piatti molto buoni e curati nei dettagli. Si percepisce che dietro c’è molta ricerca e voglia di proporre la tradizione in chiave più moderna.
