Beppe takes care of everything in the restaurant, as unfortunately he has no waiters or other staff. But at the same time it doesn't miss anything and the rice is exceptional. Only a little more cleaning would be needed in the bathrooms, but otherwise I absolutely recommend it.

The food was incredible. It is traditional cuisine, so risotto, some home made pasta when there is and some piece of good meat (brasato, ossobuco) but cooked great and Beppe explain you everything to understand what you like. We took a Tris of risotto and it was extremely tasty.
The atmosphere is nothing special, just a standard, old style trattoria, but you go there for the food, the rest is accessories.

Classic "old-time" tavern, with the owner who welcomes you, brings you the menu, disappears into the kitchen to prepare, serves and gives you the bill. His risottos are special, creamy and delicious. Absolutely worth coming here to taste the classics of Parma cuisine and beyond.

Evening with friends. The owner divides his time between cooking and service. Fantastic. Risottos that are scary for their goodness. We only ate these because they were a unique dish. Highly recommended

We went because I found it on maps and the photos tempted me.
Really spectacular.
Bread and parmesan as an appetizer, mushroom risotto and another with osso bucco. Tiramisu for dessert.
Beppe, who I assume is the owner, was without a waiter that day and with few people in the kitchen, so he took orders, cooked and served at the same time.
And everything was perfect. The food was on time, at the correct temperature, nothing was missing from the table... a perfect experience.
It's a shame we didn't go earlier on our trip through Parma so we could repeat it.

Settimana scorsa sono stato con famigliari per la prima volta da Beppe (eravamo a Parma per mia nipote Universitaria)......... Non c’è nessun altro nel ristorante oltre a lui, quindi prende le ordinazioni, cucina, serve eccc........veramente il numero uno!!!!!!!
Antipasti eccellenti con l'aggiunta del grana........Risotto cotto alla perfezione e ossobuco che si tagliava con la forchetta.......
Quando ritornerò a Parma sicuramente ritornerò anche da Beppe

Da Beppe non si può sbagliare: locale intimo, arredamento classico ma caratteristico, nel cuore dell'oltretorrente, con un'aria felliniana e nostalgica. Beppe (il proprietario) è fantastico: gentile, preparato, disponibile, veloce e ottimo cuoco.
I risotti sono speciali (in particolare quello al brasato, dolciastro e con la carne che si scioglie in bocca), e il menù è ricchissimo.
Anche i dolci spettacolari: tutti fatti in casa da Beppe che è anche pasticcere. Ho amato la torta alle pere e la pastiera napoletana.
Infine: prezzi assolutamente giusti, anzi bassi. Abbiamo pagato 34 a testa per antipasti, 3 litri di vino della casa, 4 degustazioni di risotti, dolci amari e caffè.
Torneremo!
